Yup, that's exactly what your doing.

This is hell for Nova.
Nova was frightened by the strange bear. It was an animal and that made it scary enough. And then add in a talking factor. Nova was terrified. She took a step back and bumbled into someone. She looked around people everywhere and a bear. Nova crouched down and covered her ears with her hands. It'll be okay, WHO AM I KIDDING THIS IS THE SCARIEST THING THATS EVER HAPPENED IN MY LIFE!! Nova thought.
Who will it be?
And someone is gonna have to help Iris. 'Cause I don't think blind people would be able to see a notice board.
Iris sat in her big sisters car.
"Are sure you'll be okay. The school will be loud and you can't just hum and listen to find out where walls are. I know you normally use echolocation to hide the fact that your blind. But, the school will be loud." Her sister informed her from the drivers seat.
" I'll just keep one hand on the wall," Iris responded. She didn't like people knowing she was blind. To help her with this she has developed extremely good hearing so that she could use echolocation to map out rooms. Iris got out of the car, and walked into the school building. She heard the announcement. Iris walked towards the notice board, keeping one hand on the wall.
"Excuse me, can someone look for the name Iris Zero? I can't really see the notice board too well," she asked no one in particular.

Bio: Iris was born blind. Slowly but surely she learned to identify things with sound. People, items, room layout. Throughout her life her older sister taught her Braille. Iris had some rough times. Not being able to see anything. But she pulled through. Sadly her mother and father were alcoholics. When Iris was ten her mother murdered her father in a drunken rage and then fell off a balcony to her death shortly after.
