Kidnapped - The White Room

Jeffery saw an arrow hit Core and he nearly jumped back in surprise, "holy crap! At least you can't die," Jeffery said almost relieved. "Look just come back this way, that room is dangerous."

"That's what I'm trying to do. This room is laced with traps, so I will have trouble getting out," Core said, pulling the arrow out of her arm. From what had happened so far core assumed that every step she took would have some sort of trap, but she had to make it out. Core walked forward enduring everything that hit her. From arrows, to axes, to spikes, and such.

"Look, just make sure that no one comes in here. That's all that I need from you right now, Okay," Core told Jeffrey. She took a step forward. The floor underneath her foot sank a bit. It was a pressure plate. An arrow came rocketing out of the wall and hit Core in the arm. She needed to try and get out of that room.

Core pulled her leg out of the spikes. She put her hand on the wall to support herself and found that there were spikes on the wall as well. Core pulled her hand off of the spikes but didn't dare to take another step. She didn't know what traps were ahead of her.
"It's just dangerous. Do to let anyone in. No matter what!" She told Jeffery. Core couldn't let anyone else get stuck in this situation.

"I just pushed the walls," Core said to Jeffery. She walked into the small room. She couldn't make out very much in the dimly lit room. Core walked a bit further in and stepped on something. She looked down. It looked liked she had stepped on spikes inlaid in the floor. She was in a room full of traps.
"Don't let anyone else in here, it's dangerous!" Core told Jeffery. She couldn't move. She was immobilized by the spikes in her foot. And she doubted that that was the only trap in the room.

Arisu found herself a wall to sit on. She would have to keep a low profile for a while. She hardly ever stole people's pouches and always made sure to keep a low profile after doing so. She didn't want to get arrested. Arisu pulled out her own pouch and put her earnings inside. She put her pouch away, and sat swinging her legs, on the wall. Maybe something exciting and worthwhile would happen today. Or maybe today was just going to be an ordinary day. Arisu hoped for excitement, she needed a change of pace.

BlackCat, I don't recall reading anything about your character having a penchant for stealing and thievery. Furthermore, when you said magic tricks, I thought you meant illusions and slight-of-hand movements with explanations, not outright witchcraft. If Arisu isn't capable of magic, how can she take a person's wallet without his noticing if he's right in front of her, he's watching her, and she cannot take his wallet with anything other than a physical, visible movement?

She did some serous distraction. She stood between the two with her deck in front of her and made them focus on the deck before reaching into their pockets and grabbing their money.

Arisu sat shuffling her cards, perhaps she should do another performance and see if she could get more money. Arisu decided to go with it. She set down a hat in front of her and began. She made cards disappear and reappear. She made cards change before onlooker's eyes. Slowly but surely money fell into the hat. At one point Arisu go a volunteer. She did the usual pick a card, but then she changed things up. She got a second volunteer to pick another card. She then got the two volunteers to put the cards in their pockets, next to where they kept their money. She then said that she would make the cards disappear. And she did. Arisu not only took back the two cards but also stole the two victim's wallets. She did some serous distraction. She stood between the two with her deck in front of her and made them focus on the deck before reaching into their pockets and grabbing their money. She grabbed the hat full of money before quickly walking away before the two victims noticed their wallets disappearance.
