Age: 19 Gender: Male Personality: “Never judge a books by its cover” is a well-applied saying but, with Felyse, he is exactly as he appears. Whimsical and overly-eccentric, he is a kid at heart and impulsive to boot. He is, without a doubt, a teen with too few marbles and an insatiable curiosity for places considered off limits [WARNING: Reverse psychology might just backfire. Maybe. Maybe not]. With an easy-going attitude, he tackles any situation with an optimistic view and a bundle of playful insights. However, this positive attitude can easily be a double-edged sword as he can be seen as naïve, innocent, or too idealistic. He refuses to think things through or even the consequences of his actions. As a rule he follows, he shall have no regrets. He shall call out “YOLO.” Background: Felyse was a free spirit, having a rather lax upbringing in a simple home. He was mostly left to his own device ever since his parents took one look at their recently-turned-goth daughter, then at their son's purple bunny-eared hat, and went “NOPE, can’t handle this.” His parents encourage exploration and free will, and expected nothing out of him. Chained down with neither expectations nor dreams, he is struck with the ideal of finding passion and happiness. The second child to a relatively normal family, Felyse like to consider himself a “jack-of-all-trade.” Majoring in the undecided, Felyse tried his hands at various skills, only to – all too often – lose interest in any skill he pursues after a few weeks. Cooking, sports, dancing, drama – he had been through it all as he stride through clubs like some home invader exploring for prospective wealth; although, he occasionally revisit these skills at a later date, leading to a very varied shallow skill set. It wasn’t long before he finally dipped his hands in gambling, easily drawn into the idea of earning thousands of dollars within a single game and losing the clothes on your back with a simple toss of a coin. Eventually, as time went by, he took it as a source of entertainment, losing and winning on a whim with a smile on his face. His earnings were never steady; his wallet filled with either a wad of cash for a day or a piece of lint for a whole month since he never takes gambling seriously – or have the slightest idea of budgeting. He was more than happy to a guinea pig for the good professor when Rohrbach approached him with Project Olympia. Who’s gonna turn down the chance of free drugs, getting paid along the way? That green lime-looking pill is looking rather tempting… Chosen Pill Color: Lime green Other: Felyse is a pretty dated guy, using words that are equally as dated like “bodacious” or “hodgepodge.” He has an admiration for cinema and movies from all decades. Watching black-and-white films are his greatest pleasure as well as wearing hats of various designs. He’s never seen without some form of headgear. Pill Color: Other:
Mind if I join too?
Cool, I'll get started on my character right away.
Yo, sounds interesting!
Count me in.

Theo was busy jolting down notes, his chicken scratch-like writing filling the lines; although, to be honest, he wasn’t paying any attention to the teacher or his lecture. The word he had written down weren’t even words – just a bunch of scribbles and loopy lines to put up an act.

Suddenly, the sounds of hushed chatter broke the monotonous atmosphere and the lecture abruptly stopped. He looked up to see all the students turning in their seats and staring at him – or rather, someone next to him. Slowly, he followed their gazes…

Oh crap, is she really--? He gaped at the hunched figure of the transfer student. She was keeled over with an expression of pain being very prominent on her face. Was she really doing this!?

Honestly, he was just humoring her, thinking it was a joke or some idea brought about by boredom. He didn’t expect a person to really skip out on class on the day that had just transferred. But, was she really that bored? Did she take it as a challenge? Crap, if he had knew, he wouldn’t have gone along with it.

Out of the corner of his eyes, the teacher was fumbling with the marker and looked panicked. Just as the teacher was about to regain his composure, Theo stood up and was by Julianna’s side within moments. He lightly bit his lips as his eyes flickered between Julianna and the adult, carefully watching their expressions while somewhat panicking on the inside. It was too late to back out now so might as well go along with it. Her acting wasn't all that bad either since a lot of the students were looking worried. If it weren't for the fact this situation had occurred right after she read his message, he would've believed it too.

“Teach, I’ll take her to the nurse.” He offered, gently holding her shoulders as he tempted her up and guide her to the door. The teacher – who still looked unsure as what to do – snapped out of his thoughts, nodded quickly, and took a step away from the exit.
As the dark-skinned boy blew, a gale of wind blasted from his mouth and blasted into the wall with such force Aleric could feel the strands of his scarf jostling upwards into the air. He quickly pushed his scarf down and clapped excitedly alongside Elysia.

“That’s amazing!” Aleric said in awe, fascinated by Raghu’s ability to gather weird green glows with just his breath. He had never seen anything like this or even the idea to gather energy through other methods such as breathing it all in. So many questions were starting to appear in his head, and he wanted nothing more than to ask away.

“Can you also do that with other elements?” He turned to Raghu with wide curious eyes. The young blond was on his toes as an effect of discovering new knowledge. “Does it work with ea--. “ However, he quickly forced himself to stop upon hearing Crytho’s even tone. Falling silent, Aleric looked expectantly toward the children who had yet to introduce themselves, a boy with bright red hair and flowing gray cloak entered the small group.

The new arrival introduced himself as Apollo; a young lad who appeared to be a year or two older and a lot happier than most children currently in this huddle. Despite having already introduced himself, he figured it was okay to do it once for Apollo. With a soft sigh, he offered a small smile to Apollo and nodded politely. “Hello, I’m Aleric. It's nice to meet you.”
Same.
As the group continued to follow after Crythos, Aleric looked to the girl in blue. He couldn’t help but smiled in return when she introduced herself as Elysia, and his lips parted to reply. Suddenly, a loud voice came crashing into the quaint calm like a bar fight in a library. He twisted around to the source of such vigor – a boy in popping vibrant colors who clearly stood out from the dreary frosty background. Tilting his head with his eyes brows raised, he nodded.

“It’s nice to meet you. I’m Aleric,” he politely greeted; his tone was even since someone had already introduced themselves either through a whisper or a shout. He wasn’t really the type to the yell, especially after spending much time in silence. Although… why were they even yelling or whispering in the first place? They weren’t in a library, and if someone could hear a whisper a few feet away, then he could only guess that everybody in the group could hear at any other volume. As his eyes gazed flickered between Elysia and the boy who introduced himself as Raghu, he straightened up with interest. Perhaps it was a cultural thing, something he doesn’t have much knowledge in.

He was almost tempted to drop a few feet back to get closer to the older boy in vivid clothings, but thought otherwise as there were kids between him and that person. Instead, his ears pricked as his eyes stared widely at Raghu.

“What’s a breath mage?” He asked Raghu in his usual even tone; although, his voice was laced with wonder and eager. He had never heard of such a word, yet it sounded vaguely familiar to him. Perhaps some books had mentioned it in passing or some ancient script his teacher mentioned only to find interest in another scroll?

“Where are you from? What can a breath mage do? Is the magic of a breath mage related to the wind element? Could they manipulate breath?” Already, despite never having spoken a single word on the boat and his seemingly quiet appearance, questions fired from his mouth like rapid shots. The dam had sprouted a leak, and now his eyes were glistening with interest and questions that wanted answers.
My week been pretty fine. Nothing much to announce really.
