He shrugs. "It was a while ago..." Two old, black ring appears in his hand. One engraved with roses, the other with a dim spark of lightning inside it. He stares at them, then shakes his head, making them disappear. "I've tried twice before, and both times failed." He looks up at her again. "Third times the charm, I guess."

I'm glad someone else finds that scene to be funny.

That was a BRILLIANT movie.

Jason sighs. "Bad things happened last time I settled did....got permanently banished from the dimension my family was in....and they were forbidden to come after me...." He shrugs, and looks back at her. "But what fun is life without taking a few risks, eh? No, I'm not scared."

Jason blinks. Did....did she just....propose? He shakes his head, smiling a bit. "You have a good point."

There would literally be no room left between them. Jason lays back on the bed. "If this moment lasted forever, I'd be perfectly happy."

Jason shrugs. "I don't know. Just wanted to be closer."

He smiles, inching his way closer to her.

He shrugs. "Whatever" He leans in and kisses her, this time without the alarm going off.

He barely flinches at the punch. "It was kinda funny, when you think about it." He smiles a bit.

Jason collapses on the bed laughing.
