So, what if we had an RP where everyone plays as a minion? The Master would be an unknown NPC, never named and never appearing. Similar to the game Overlord, the minions would follow his every order. However, they aren't mindless. They are, as in Overlord, divided into multiple groups, but not by powers. Each of the Three Factions follows a different set of morals, much like the five factions of Divergent.
There would be a general rank structure, and players would be able to move up in rank based on missions completed for the Master. Within each group would be alliances to do bigger tasks, and competition between Factions to get more done.
The four factions are:
Toduj: The bravest of the four, these are best known for reckless action, and not much thinking at all. Loyalty is there, but it isn't dominant.
Matlh: The faction doesn't rely on wits or bravery, but instead on teamwork and loyalty. Best known for working groups, they have some of the best diplomatic skills
Urmang Daj: While not the bravest, the Urmang Daj are the smartest of the three. they rely on their wits to overcome great challenges, and use numbers where strength fails. Although they aren't against teamwork, it is not their strongest point.
