Forgotten Lore: The Rift Walkers

This information is for OOC only. Do not use it IC. The Rift Walkers were an ancient race, able to traverse the multiverse with ease. They were known for showing up at important events in the history of many worlds, and changing the fate of them. They were mostly killed in a war against the dragons, but one managed to survive. She didn't even know she was Rift Walker, and was confused why she would appear in a different world one day.
