Teen Titans: Reborn

Serenity watched the man leave. Her face still a little red. She stayed at the ice cream shop for a while. People were still whispering and looking at her but she ignored them. Her thoughts were about the man who had left. Who was he? She had no idea that was for sure. She continued eating her ice cream and thought about him.

"Thanks.." She sighed in relief. She didn't know what she would do if he would of kept asking questions. People were really starting to look at her now. The news about her saving the young girl must have spread. Just what she needed.. She looked at the guy sitting in front. He was very mysterious and there was something strange about him. I wonder how old he was..She licked her ice cream and smiled.

"Yeah, it's delicious. Thanks again.Hey.. umm.. I'm sorry if I'm asking too much but how old are you?" She asked, hoping she wasn't being rude.

Serenity's eyes widen in fear. Did he know who she was? She gulped but decided to act natural. The comment of her beauty made her face turn completely red like a rose.

"Oh.. Umm.." She laughed "No, I'm not human.." She didn't know why she told him this, she just met him. She hoped he wouldn't ask where she came from. I just got here and I'm already telling someone my secret? She kept yelling at herself in her mind. How could she be so stupid? She really wanted to believe she could trust this man.

Serenity ordered an Oreo ice cream and smiled.

"Do you really think so? I love helping people. Thank you. I've never met anyone who thought that. You're really kind." She lost all doubt of not becoming a teen titan and decided to enjoy her time with Loren. They sat down at a table and enjoyed their delicious treat.

She blushed yet again. His question shocked her though, she would of thought for sure he was a teen titan. Maybe her eyes were messing with her before?

"Actually no.." she seemed ashamed for some reason "I was going to try and join today but I guess I got a little sidetracked." Serenity rubbed the back of her head again.His question made her wonder if she was even good enough to join the Teen Titans.

She walked into the ice cream shop. "But thank you for taking me here!" She looked at all the delicious flavors. Yum!!

Who is this guy? Serenity thought.

"Sure, but I don't even know your name. I'm the White Guardian, but you can call me Serenity." She said. She held out her hand. She didn't get the sense that he was mean or a bad guy. She smiled and followed him to get ice cream. She was excited to be meeting someone new, making friends was a great way to settle in. Plus she was glad to get away from the large crowd.

Sakura’s body was covered in goose bumps. She heard one of the boys asking about Kayo and her. She knew Kayo wanted to talk them desperately but Sakura didn’t think she could handle it. Instead, Sakura simply waved and continued walking toward the group of wolves up ahead. She hoped they wouldn’t question further. She heard Kayo moan in disappointment. Sakura apologized under her breath.

Serenity's face went completely red as the man caressed her head. She had to bite her tongue from squeaking.

"Oh, thanks." she mumbled.

Her eyes widened as the mysterious man punched the cruel man holding the gun. She covered her mouth in shock. She still wasn't sure what her eyes had seen. What this guy a Teen Titan? Maybe he could take her to the tower! She walked up to him and opened her mouth, but realized he might get offended. She closed her mouth immediately and smiled. She didn't know what to do, so she just stood there.

Citizens stopped in the street to see what was causing so much commotion. Serenity ignored them completely. The little girl and woman were the only things on her mind. She held out her hand, her eyes already glowing white, and a force field shielded the woman and girl from the tall man holding a gun. Gasps and shock came from the people watching as Serenity stepped beside the small girl. She could feel her precious and young life slipping away. But she was still alive, Serenity held her hands above the girl’s stomach, carefully. A white glow came off of her hands and surrounded the girl. It took all of Serenity’s energy to heal the girl completely. Sweat dripped down her face but she held on. Slowly the blood returned to the girl’s body and she began breathing steadily. Serenity smiled with relief. She looked up to see a huge crowd surrounding her. Her face burned with embarrassment as she stood up. She noticed a man had stepped forward.

She rubbed her head “Umm.. “she muttered. She kept glancing at the people around her, still shocked at what just occurred.
