"Y-yes, that will do it." The man said. He took the money and gave Scout his change. "H-have a n-nice day s-sir." He said, still very scared. "All right!" Alex said happily. He instantly opened the box and sat down. Inside the box was the Sega Genesis, the cables that was needed to use it, a Genesis controller, and a copy of Alex Kidd in South Island. The cover was him punching the Egg Mobile with Classic Robotnick inside it in the setting of Green Hill Zone. "Now I got to figure out how to use it." Alex said as he looked at the parts.

Margarito saw that the cage vanished in front of him. He dashed off but stopped as he heard Blinky speak.

Bowser growled as he stared at Margarito. "Make plan to overthrow other kingdoms later, get those humans and lock them up tight!" He shouted. All of his troops came running at his words, running towards Margarito.

"I got to get out of here!" Margarito said. He knew that if he stuck around he would be goomba food. He dashed towards Tony and picked him up, but in turn trapped himself in a corner. He yelped in fear and thousands of goombas and koopas gathered around him.

Bowser pointed towards Margarito and Tony as he faced Blinky. "Do something to catch him NOW!!!" He shouted.

Alex picked up a Sega Genesis and smiled. "Ok, I got what I wanted! Does anyone have any money? I have 260 Baums, but I don't think this store takes that kind of money." Alex said. Something deep inside himself told him that there was a lot of fun that could come from the Sega Genesis.

The person behind the counter looked at Mizn and the box with a scared look. "N-no, I don't think this store sells anything even close to that. Are you from space?" The man asked in a scared tone. He was freaked out by a lot of things, but Alex Kidd and a robot in the same store was too much for him.

Meanwhile, far away, back deep in the field, Eggman was flying around in his Egg Mobile. That is when he saw Artyom. He did not look like someone who could be good at all, so he decided to partner with him. Eggman flew towards Artyom in a friendly way. "Hello there! Lovely weather, isn't it? I am Doctor Robotnick, although most people call me Eggman. I have seen you were roaming this place, looking for explation. Well, I am here to give it. Now, don't attack me, I mean you no harm. The only people I wish to harm are Alex Kidd and his stupid friends! I am suggesting... a partnership of some kind. Now, you may be asking yourself 'but Doctor Robotnick, what do I get in return'? Well then, let me show you." He said. Then he reached down and held up a blue Chaos Emerald. "This! A Chaos Emerald! One of the rarest and most powerfull items in the entire world! If you partner with me, I'll give you three of the only seven of them! What do you say?" He asked.

"Uhh... no, I don't think so. Are you from a tv show?" The kid asked as he looked up at Scout. The year of time in the city was 1992, so people from modern games were unknown. "Come on! Let's go inside!" Alex called. He then walked inside the store and looked around. He saw many electronics in the store, even a few old computers. But most of all he saw a few Sega Genesis systems.

Alex looked at the road to see a truck, it was a picture of a box of AppleJacks on it with Apple and Cinnanon leaning on the box smileing. "I think you already are." Alex said. He then looked into the store again, there was a bunch of Genesis systems for sale. "Hey, that have them in here! Let's get one and see what it does!" Alex said.

Alex stepped back a bit, still wondering what went on. "What... who... what's a Sega Genesis?" He asked. Maybe once he learned what a Genesis was he would learn what was that thing with him in it.

Margarito whimpered as he backed up to the back of the cage, a metallic 'clang' sounding with his back hit the wall of the cage. But that is when Redd tackled Blinky. He also gave a gasp as he wondered why this little goomba attacked his captor. He soon took this chance to try to get away. He rapidly pounded on the cage walls to try to break them.

Bowser growled in anger as he watched Redd tackled Blinky, causing a little bit of fire to come from his mouth. This only made him look even more menacing as he pointed at Redd. "You! Get off her and let her destroy this pitiful human! I can not let him get in my way!" He shouted. All the other koopas and goomba gave a scream and ran off, fearing Bowser's fireballs.

"Woah! I hear it too, come on!" Alex said. He ran towards the sound and soon stopped at an electronics store. The sound was coming from a display TV in the window. Alex stared at the TV as it played an Applejacks commercial. "A box that shows moving pictures and sound? This is a strange world." He said. And then the commercial was over. It now showed a commercial from a game, only it was not a normal game. An announcer spoke over the commercial as it played. "Alex and his family has arrived on the peaceful planet of Mobius to enjoy a enjoy a nice vacation on South Island, only it was short lived. The evil King Robotnick of the robotic underworld has attacked the peaceful villages of the animal people with his robot army and captured them all. It is now up to Alex Kidd to storm his base and free the animal people before they put on their permanent robot clothes! Run, jump, and punch though 6 zones of insane Alex action, and don't forget to collect the 6 Chaos Emeralds to reverse the damage King Robotnick has done! Can you get to his metallic castle and free the animal people? It's Alex Kidd as you have never seen him before! Alex Kidd in South Island, only on Sega Genesis!" The announcer said. When he talked about the main plot of the game animation played to show what was going on, and it was quite good. When the game play part started you could tell it was Sonic the Hedgehog, but formatted to play like an Alex Kidd game. Alex just stared at the TV, not making a sound as the look of pure shock was all what he needed to do to get his feelings out.

The guy thought he had ran into a wall as he hit the dust barrier. Both Alex and the man fell over on their backs. The guy instantly got up and ran off in another direction. Alex got up and brushed the dirt off his legs. He then turned to Mizn. "If you did that, thanks." He said.
