Underneath his mask, No-Point smiled. For some reason, it appeared that the Ironwood Deku had given him the answer he wanted.

In fact, any answer was the right answer to the question he had asked.

"I thank you for your information," the warlord responded, before returning to the rest of the group. Now he had a new piece of information to mull over, a new variable for his master plan.
No-Point did not have any questions, save one.

"Ironwood friends!" he boomed. "Very soon I will implement my master plan, which will bring benefit and power to those without it! Will you assist me when the time comes? Your reward will be great!"
Before he could get a reply from the daughter of Tingle, he heard a call from his Kokiri asset. "Follow," he commanded the rest of his team and set out after the explosively-minded Kokiri.

"If you lead us to another trap, you will be the one to trip it, Kokiri. My men will see to it," he murmured, sounding vaguely threatening.
No-Point stuck his fingers in his ears. That melody could make even the giant retch. He stepped in the opposite direction from the bridge, back towards the daughter of Tingle and where the guardian had been.

"You regret your destiny, when you should regret the time you live in, Daughter of Tingle!" he declared, his ears still blocked and covered. It didn't matter, the song seeped through anyway, but No-Point stayed upright through sheer grit.

"The time for destiny has passed! The world is hostile, and it is our purpose to stand on top of it when all is done!"
"If we leave the village, we need fire," No-Point declared. "Creatures of the night are repelled by light, but we must maintain it. Otherwise, we will meet a painful end."

He started scavenging up anything flammable he could find. It looked like his decision had been made. His gammy leg did little to slow him down. He'd suffered through worse.

"Small Kokiri, your aid will be required to illuminate the caravan. Not detonate."
Clutch six.
It would not do for No-Point's primary asset to be de-limbed before even beginning his master plan. He moved with pace towards the roots constricting the Kokiri, doing much better now that his knee was bound up.

You know that greatsword? The big one on the warlord's back that he was never seen using? Yeah? His hand gripped the hilt and, in one mighty wrench, he slashed straight from the draw and down on to the roots that were tearing apart a key element of his plan.
Now!

With a mighty roar, No-Point burst through the damaged vines and into the air. He didn't fly very far, instead coming to land heavily some distance from where the Naga was tearing apart his Kokiri asset. In fact, it was an outright miracle he didn't land on his wounded leg.

This would not do, but with a gammy leg, No-Point would not be able to reach him quickly. There was no time like the present, so he tore a strip of cloth from one of the nearby fallen Kokiri and used it to wrap up the back of his knee. It would staunch the bleeding, but only long enough for him to get some proper healing.

Then, he began to limp towards the fight.
"Soon," No-Point mused as he was dragged down further and further. "Very soon."

He remained tucked together and ramrod straight. Eighteen feet was a long fall. He knew he had to time it just right in order to get out of this trap. Of course, that was without getting sucked into the foul acid below.

(No-Point is not resisting again. He needs to be further down.)
Oh my! Being pulled away from his pedestal of victory was the last thing No-Point expected today! He tucked his arms in close, trying to see a way out of his current situation. He could blast through the roots, but the fall was high enough where even he would break his legs upon landing.

He could climb back up, but that would involve being dragged back down.

So he looked down. And right below him was the Deku Guardian.

"Clever," he mused, as he continued to be dragged down towards its maw. "But foolish."

(No-Point is not resisting. He is intending to be dragged down and inside the guardian.)
