I would also like to put it out there, i think we should make a new thread.
Reasons why:
Dawnstar has no control over the starting OC so he cannot make changes.
I don't think i can play the role i gave to Edge and would like to adjust him so he's not a dick.
We don't have to make Dawnstar's character an NPC if we start a new one.
So i think a new thread would be best. Bu in the same time period.

How about no Hilan, that's just freaken stupid
Don't change the time of the RP. I like it the way it is. Want to appeal to the One Piece lovers not change what they know.
Jabber isn't in charge anymore Hilan, Dawnstar. And yes 20 mill is excessive and he shouldn't start with so many techniques. I think I have the most abilities at the moment and that's three. So just tweak it.
And Quatro, make you CC now so we can at least approve. If you do it in time you're character can be met up at Luffy's home town
