evershadow, dont just make an int check and and an OOC and make us write CSs if you won't even start the IC. Appoint a Co-GM if you really aren't bothered running this.

Ok, like, ya'll need to calm down. It's an online roleplay, sometimes things happen in life that take precedence over it.
Shit happens, sometimes stuff comes up in life for people. Best to have patience.
Well, from the feel I got with what evershadow has written I thought the characters would have some amount of free agency, and Hazel wouldn't necessarily have to join everyone else immediately. And besides that the wonderful narrative power of circumstance may leave Hazel with no choice but to cast off with strangers. Truthfully though, I just wanted to make a character that was somewhat unique and out of my comfort zone, as a non-combatant spoiled princess.
uh, oops, triple post, guild was being weird for me, not sure how that happened

Thanks for the heads up!
Name: Hazel Bowron

Age: 18

Race: Caucasian

Class: Lady of the House Bowron

Occupation: None, besides the typical expectations levied on a Lady of age.

Appearance:
Hazel is a youthful girl with soft white skin. Hazel's family is marked by their red hair, featured by her long and wavy hair. She is small and petite, as most young noble Ladies are, and stands at an average 5'3. Hazel is graceful, yet delicate. She is sure of step and has an almost commanding gait, oft earning the attention of others in the room. She has deep green eyes, another common feature among the House of Bowron. She, of course, mostly wears fine dresses and silks, being a noblewomen.

Weapon(s): None

Armour: None

Inventory: Hazel typically carries nothing other then noble grace, wits, and pretty dresses. And her wallet.

Place of Birth: The Bowron family presides over the fortress of Riverswatch, one of the largest fortresses in the South. The fortress is a marvel of engineering, stretching across the great river that separates the North and South and serving as the only link between the North and South. The fortress serves as the first line of defense against Northern invasion, and as such is expected to come under siege in the near future. Fearing for his family the Lord of the keep and the head of the Bowron family has sent his family towards Sanctuary.

Sexuality: Heterosexual

Marital Status: Formerly betrothed to a Lord of note, but circumstance has held off any talk of marriage.

Brief History: Hazel is a rather naive girl, inexperienced with lift outside of court. She was born to the mighty Bowron family, a well respected house which holds the title of 'Warden of the North', and the mighty keep of Riverswatch. Her family has stood in watch of the North for many years, and have curried much favor with the king, allies of his house. She was born to Lord Alexander Bowron, the current head of the house and ruler of Riverswatch, and Lady Adrianna Bowron, the daughter of the King's uncle. From birth Hazel was taught the finer points of Ladyhood: Knitting, manners, gracefulness, poise, and of course how to rule, as any proper Lady is expected to hold her husband's station if he is called away. She also learned maths, sciences, and history, noted as being one of the most intelligent young ladies in the land.

Early in her life she was betrothed to the King's eldest son, an appointment which would bring her family honor, and perhaps Queen-hood. However the King's son went missing, and as of now has been gone for almost ten years, placing the Bowron family in an awkward place, unable to retract such a betrothal, but wishing to marry their daughter to another eligible young Lord. The years of Hazel's eligibility are slowly fading, along with any promise of becoming queen. Despite the woes of her maidenhood, Hazel is a favorite of the common people, known as a gracious and generous Lady who shows kindness even to the destitute. She is also recognized for her poise, grace, and intelligent. Despite the public perception of her Hazel is slightly spoiled, and would undoubtedly whither without the luxuries of Ladyship.

In recent times the brewing trouble of the North have brought rise to tension in Riverswatch, and her Lord Father has sent warnings to the southern keeps and towns. The stress has began to eat at Lord Bowron, and he fears the worst for the coming battle with the overwhelming numbers of barbarians. He has sent his family to the south, to stay in the Royal Castle, only adding to the worry among the Army of the North. As Hazel and her family begin the journey southward, the Northern armies have begun their advance to the South. Her family currently rests in the town of Aurora's End, anxious to continue their exodus to Sanctuary and receive word from Riverswatch.

The Lord who presides over the westernmost region of Southern Gaia will be... Lord Geoffrey Barrister, a once noble king of the West who under the Acts of Kings was reduced to a Lord Vassal, presiding over the Westernmost lands in the name of the King in return for his undying loyalty. For some number of years after the union he served as the hand to the king until the king sent him away to the West when the Lord who had been put in place died in a hunting accident. This was a great relief to Geoffrey who had been aching to rule over the West again since the unification Southern Gaia. He is quite an elderly gentleman, having reached a ripe age of sixty-seven, many fear that he is coming close to death leaving rule of the West uncertain as he never sired any suitable heirs other than a single bastard son whom nobody knows the location of

I'm getting some major Game of Thrones vibes. Am I right in assuming this is partly based off ASOIAF?
