It filled Abe with a sense of pride that Jesse actually liked his grotesque form. Usually people scream, or run away, or shoot him, or try and set him on fire, and there was that one time when a whole town got together with pitchforks and torches...Abe snapped back into reality as Jesse took off towards the main building. Following Jesse was easier said than done, as his nimble frame was able to move through the crowd with ease. Abe on the other had at to practically wade though the crowd, bumping into people and apologizing the entire way. Approaching the academy Abe almost hit his head on the door frame, but luckily Jesse warned him.

After a short walk down a few hallways they arrived at a large cafeteria. There were a few students sitting at various tables around the large room.

Marx said When they made their way to the cafeteria, Jesse walked to the first table and sat down, there were a few others sitting, casual talking and eating, pausing as Jesse dropped into his seat and swung his feet up onto the table. "Don't worry boys, I don't mind ya'll takin my table." He grinned, looking back at Abe, "You go and grab a bite, ya? I'm sure these boys will be more than happy to make room for us," he turned his gaze back toward the table, the boys' eyes fixated on the monolithic man before them, "Won't you?"

Abe noticed the kids were staring at him, with a mixture of fright and fascination. "Ummmmm...... do any of you guys need anything when I go to get anything?" The boys shook their heads and returned to their previous conversation. Abe walked up to a long counter with various foods on the other side of it, much like the cafeteria line at Abe's old high school. He walked down the line and grabbed a few things, a plate of some sort of pasta and some garlic bread. Abe couldn't see anybody to pay for the food so he just returned to his seat. "Grub looks pretty good to me, this place passes in my book." Abe said to Jesse as he returned to the table.
So guys I had this killer idea. I feel like our characters are missing something...THEME SONGS. You don't have to post one if you don't wanna, but here's Tollank's! Consider it Mutual by The Word Alive.

Tollank took a deep breath and loosened his fists, the torn blades of grass falling back down onto the ground. He really didn't enjoy dumping his emotions onto others, in all honestly he would much rather be the person to help someone else with pent up emotions. Tollank's family hadn't crossed his mind in quite some time. His family wasn't exactly supportive, and even though most of his chores were neigh impossible without sight he was forced to do them. Then his mother went into town to get some groceries, foods that they couldn't grow on their farm. While in town she was mugged, and in the process was stabbed. His father swore they could treat her injury using their first aid kit at the farm. Eventually her wound got infected and she passed away. Tollank was there holding her hand when she passed.

"That really means a lot guys, you have no idea what you guys are saying means to me," Tollank stood up and wrapped an arm around each one of his friends, "I will always be there when you guys need me too. You two are pretty much stuck with me." He looked over to his metallic appendage draped over Leon's shoulders, "Mom sold her grandmother's jewelry box to afford that fine-ass piece of machinery, Dad was so pissed, it was nicer than all of his equipment put together. I mean it was only fitting though, his hay baler was the goddamn thing that ripped the real one off." Suddenly Tollank noticed a boy walking up to the trio of friends, he recognized it as the boy whom Leon talked to on the train. "Speaking about events of the past," Tollank whispered to Leon, before turning his focus to the approaching boy. "Long time to see! What brings you to our little slice of heaven?"
Hey guyssss! Go look at this! Take a peek under "Notable Roleplays" ;D

Abe looked down at the man before him, stunned at what he had just been told. An Immortal. A man who saw Rome at its height, and then everything between then and now. If Abe would have met this man a few years ago he would have wrote him off as crazy, but things have most definitely changed since then.

Marx said "So what's the deal with the arms?" Jesse glanced behind him, bumping into a young woman, "Sorry love," he said quickly, looking back towards the hulk, "You oughtta be prouder of your appearance now. You're unique. We got plenty of fairy and demon bullshit around here," Jesse gave a wide motion with his hand, swiping a fella with horns across the back of his head. If Jesse noticed, he didn't mention it this time. "Seize the fuckin' day and lose the bandages Frank. They're hiding something and to be honest, you're kinda killing our image." Jesse said, as if they had already teamed up, "We're both one of a kind hombre and now that I think about it, we'd make a pretty solid cop duo. I'd be the good cop who's,,, well, technically alive forever and you'd be my sorta dead sidekick who plays the bad cop and roughs up the perps!"

"Well...you do have a point. I guess I don't really have to hide anymore." Abe threw the dufflebag from his shoulder onto the ground. Carefully, Abe began to unwind the bandages that covered his arms. Slowly his arms began to appear from under the layers of bandages. The metals and diodes glittered in the sunlight, and a soft whirring may be heard. Abe also shrugged off his long coat, revealing a series of large coils that ran down his back. Occasionally a bolt of electricity would arc from one coil to the next. "Is this better?" Abe said to his new companion. "However I think we have a problem with the whole cop thing," Abe pointed at his upper lip, a part of it actually torn to reveal a bit of bone underneath. "I can't grow a sweet-ass copstache. So I guess that means we are back to square one." Suddenly Abe's stomach let out a low rumble. "I don't know about you, but I need some grub. Do you know where a guy can find food in this joint?"
Yay for glimpses of back story! Oh and for nature!
Tollank was beaming while his feet sat in the water, this place was magical. Tollank always enjoyed nature, even more so after his mutation manifested. Nature as a whole is usually never a quiet place. From bird chirping, to rivers lapping against their shores, all the way to a deer pleading for help as a pack of wolves tears it away from its family group to bite its soft neck so it will bleed out so the pack may eventually feed upon its carcass, nature is a noisy place. Whenever Tollank went outside he had no trouble seeing, and he loved every second of it. And if it happened to be raining as well? Well that was a whole other world of sight. Suddenly's Tollanks dream-like state was interrupted by the sound of the door that they entered in slamming shut. The noise the door made offered a pretty good picture as to the area around it, but something was off. There didn't seem to be anyone on either side of the door. Tollank then noticed that Leon and Aeria had walked up behind him.

"Hey did you guys just hear the door shut? I couldn't see anybody coming or going though, did either of you guys?" Tollank turned his upper bod around to face his two companions. "Either way you guys should at least dip your feet in, the water feels great!" Tollank turned back around to look at the river once again. "Where I'm from, we didn't have places like this. We had farmland, long stretches of flat ground and we planted crops on. There were a few clusters of trees here or there, but nothing that I would ever call a forest. Growing up I heard stories of other places, with trees that touch the sky, and water as far as the eye can see. I never got to see them myself, hell I don't even know if they were just stories, but they gave me hope. Hope that I would get away from that damn farm, with its endless chores and my father prattling on." Tollank clenches his hands onto fists, accidentally pulling up clumps of grass in the process. "He said I got in the way, that a blind boy was no good to him. Mother was the one that loved me, not him. But then she left, the ones that love ALWAYS LEAVE!" Tollank's voice echoed through the park, reverberating off of the walls. Tollank turned around to face his friends, "I....I am so sorry....I....I don't know what came over me...." Tollank didn't want to drive away his new friends with all of his emotional baggage.
No harm done Winter xD AS LONG AS YOU ATE ENOUGH CAKE AT THE PARTIES FOR MARX AND I AS WELL!
Marx said Leon started walking once more, making his way down the road that led to their apartments. "I hate to break it to ya', Tollnak." Leon said, not looking back this time, "Chances are they only have greenhouses. We are on a spaceship after all. We might get some rain where we're going."

Tollank's heart sank a bit, even though the statement made sense. Logistically it was far easier to supply water to a few greenhouses as opposed to running water lengths of entire cities to simulate rain. Now Tollank couldn't wait to arrive at their destination, if for nothing more than simply water falling from the sky. Tollank began to follow Leon down street, but quickly motioned Aeria to join him in heading to Leon's destination. After a short trek down some stairs Tollank was met by a large door, which quickly slid open to reveal a very large open space.

Tollank could hear a river running through the length of what appeared to be a large underground park. With a few quick claps Tollank was able to fill in the gaps in his vision that the sound of the river didn't allow him to see. He took a few steps into the park, completely in awe. It smelled of earth and nature, not the artificial smell of the city block they just left.

Marx said Leon closed his eyes, taking a long, slow, deep breath before turning around. "Doesn't look to bad, eh?"

"Are you kidding? This place is amazing! This is going to be my favorite place in this whole ship, I bet that river feels awesome!" Tollank ran towards the river, stopping at its edge. He took off his shoes and socks before rolling up his pant legs and sitting down on the bank. Tollank let his feet dangle into the water, gently bobbing to and fro beneath its surface. The water was warm, like a summer sun had been shining on it for hours. Leaning back Tollank looked to the sky and smiled. This evening just kept getting better.
Abe continued towards the school building, looking at the crowd around him. All manners of folk bustled about, he saw more than one animal and assumed they could shift to the form at will. From dragons to fae folk, all manner of mythical creatures happened to be invited to the academy. This made Abe feel slightly uneasy. He wasn't exactly mythical, if anything he was a product of science. Some sort of crazy science, some crazy man trying to play god. Abe sighed to himself. He had been in hiding since the accident, venturing into towns for food.

Marx said "Hey Frank," the immortal said, slapping the gargantuan who carried the faint scent of death with him like a herald on the back, "Name's Jesse," he offered a hand to the behemoth of a.... 'man', not all that worried about having his hand crushed by the giant's grip, "I'm guessin' you were put back together after somethin' particularly nasty happened, eh?"

Suddenly Abe was roused from his daydream and turned around to see where the voice originated. "The name's Abe, but Frank works too." He extended his hand to return the offer of a handshake, his large stature towering over the young man. "I didn't know it was that obivious, but yeah. Turns out semis are built out of a bit tougher stuff than your average human body. Then I woke up and and I was rocking these borrowed parts." Abe looked down at the man. He didn't have any painfully obvious things that made him a mythic, but he had to be here for a reason. "So you have me pegged, but what is up with you? Why are you here?"
