"Trust me, I have no doubt she'd kill someone who couldn't fight back in a heartbeat if it behooved or helped her in any way. Seeing as she's clearly murdered people, and is quite willing to stoop to blackmail." He crossed his arms, looking at the bookshelf nearest to him. "As for changes, I don't have much to say, I don't keep an eye on the actions of the Council."
