As El Tee looks around the room, he starts formulating a plan in his mind (For those who are reading it). He begins to categorize everyone present, what their powers are, what their strengths and weaknesses are, etc. You got Robert, who's a manipulator of the mind. There's Catia, luck extraordinaire, who'd be good on any team. Annabelle, who's a thought provoking tank. Jia-li, nuker and blaster. Iron Man, another blaster, but nicer than Jia-li. Russell, if it's electronic, he can work with it, and he'll need to be protected. And Xyl, a stronger telepath and he can get us wherever we need to go.
"So, five hostiles on the inside and an unknown amount on the outside. We can't go one for one on this one unless we get more backup. So, team one will infiltrate the prison and team two will keep those on the outside busy until S.H.I.E.L.D. shows up or they get pulled out by The Brotherhood. Team one is Diamond, Lucky, Void, and IN. Team two is El Tee, Mindbender, and Iron Man. Techno, do you want to stay here or be dropped off in the prison security area? You'll be able to react faster if you're onsite, but, it's not required with your capabilities. There are comm's on the table, courtesy of Techno. I'm guessing that they have locators on them so he knows where everyone is. Team two will be dropped off first to survey the scene, then IN will transport Team one inside. Techno, you need to find them a safe location to start from, and keep them posted and up to date as to the locations of the hostiles. If you see Quicksilver, let the team know immediately."
He scratches his freshly shaven chin and ponders a moment. "IN, that's a good idea, but I'd like to tweak it slightly. Team one, throw everything you can at them early on. Try to make them think that there's more of you than in actuality. This way, they may pull out early through Blink, which would take care of those on the inside except ones they've set loose."
"Also, teams, don't try to acquire a prisoner, but if one happens to fall in your lap, bring'em in." He looks around the table at everyone present. "Any questions or tweaks? Speak up."
Steven Chance, aka El Tee, enters into the room wearing black military fatigues and being freshly cleaned and shaved, tossing a handful of subvocal mic's on the table. "First off, this isn't a military operation. And secondly, we shouldn't be killing anyone unless absolutely necessary.....or the Higher-Ups want us to. One of our priorities should be figuring out specifically WHO they're wanting out of Atlanta, and that's only assuming that they aren't a diversion to make S.H.I.E.L.D. look like morons." El Tee takes an empty seat between everyone and Jia-li, turns it around, and sits in it backwards. "Oh, and keep in mind, guys.....The Order's a secret. If we go in, we should wear Merc outfits or those from S.H.I.E.L.D. I doubt the twins know everyone who's in S.H.I.E.L.D." He thoughtfully strums his fingers on the desk for a few moments. "Two teams would make sense, in our current predicament. As Jia-li said, we could have one team assisting the MCD and SWAT in surviving.....errrmm....Evacuating the guards and civilians while securing the perimeter should be that team's priority. The other team, a more focused and direct team should neutralize and remove the Brotherhood threat. Now.....do we know what Brotherhood members are currently inside the prison, whether as an inmate or a rescuer?" He sits comfortably and waits for the techsperts to give the group more information.
Name: Steven Chance
Codename: El Tee
Gender: Male
Age: Appears 22, but is actually 87 (if we're playing in 2014)....He was 22 in 1949
Position/duties: Military tactics, weapons knowledge and development, firearms training, melee training, and leadership capabilities
Race: Mutated Human (Was born human and was mutated by accident) - Caucasian
Powers?: Does not age. Rapid Regeneration. Does not need to breathe or eat. Can survive in high radiation. Can survive in a vacuum or high pressure situations. Highly durable body, but not impenetrable. Highly intelligent (180 IQ). Body is at peak human capabilities.
Personality: Off duty, Steven is a fun-loving man who doesn't show his intelligence in your average conversations. He can battle intelligently, but he's learned enough in the last few decades to not insult people by speaking above them. On duty, he is what he needs to be. If he needs to lead, he will. If he needs to follow and supervise, he will. If he needs to infiltrate and be someone else, he will. If he believes that he is not the right man for the job, he will speak up, but will accept whatever orders his leadership provides.
Why did you join?: Shortly after his 'little' incident, he was approached and recruited into the Order. Afterwards, he found out it was due to his life's longevity and his high intelligence.
Preferred method of using powers: Considering that none of his powers are overt, he just 'uses' them. In his own personal time, he likes to tinker with building new weapons.
History: Steven chance was born in August of 1927 in Tennessee. His mother died in childbirth, so he was borne to a military captain named Roger Chance. Because of this, the US Army was pretty much all that Steven learned about. Sure, he learned as much as his public education allowed. But he was being groomed for the Army, like his father. By the time he enlisted at the age of 17 (1944), he knew how to shoot, fight, and think on his feet. This helped him survive the last few years of WWII.
After the war officially ended, his unit was allowed to stay and help things end. Five years later, he was nearly done and ready to come back to the states. He was in Germany at a base, helping the Germans decommission some of their weapons. This was where he discovered a hidden entrance to an underground bunker. He ventured down and discovered a chemical weapons manufacturing plant. While he was standing there, dumbfounded at what he found, he was gunned down by a couple of Germans who didn't think he was supposed to be there. Their guns were filled with this untested chemical compound. After his unit finished avenging Steven's death, he was allowed a closed casket military burial back in Tennessee.
The reasons for his closed casket burial was because he wasn't in the casket. Earlier that day (approximately a week after the incident), he woke up. This, obviously, scared the crap out of him. As he tore himself out of the body bag he was in, he focused on the rather unmoving individual that was staring at him with expectation on his face. The man introduced himself as a member of a highly elite Order that ensured peace throughout the world. They were here to recruit Steven and place a cadaver in his coffin. The man spoke to him at length as Steven asked an array of questions about the organization and its origins. Eventually, he allowed himself to join the Order.
Over the last few decades, he was allowed to learn whatever he wanted to learn and tinker with advanced weaponry. He's learned many languages (Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Russian, German, Italian, French, Spanish, and Latin) over the last 65 years. He also has learned how to create, tweak, and invent new weaponry that work in line with the Order's goals.
Currently as a daily routine, he exercises from 4a-5:30a and from 10p-11:30p. He doesn't need to eat or drink, but he does anyways to make himself appear normal, the same with his breathing. When not on a mission, he can be found on the compound in the weapons development and testing areas during the day, and during the evening he can be found barhopping. He still enjoys the ladies, not settling down due to his unnaturally long life. His preferred (non-mutant) method of travel is his motorcycle.
CA was created on purpose.....LT was attempted murder on the German's part.....On top of that, CA thought it a good idea to take a REALLY long nap, whereas LT's been awake the whole time :P But, since the return of Mr. Rogers, they've not met. Rogers and Chance may have met each other during WWII, though. May be an interesting reunion :)

Name: Akara Shi'Nise
Age: 31
Gender: Male
Appearance: 5'4", 140 pounds of lean muscle. Black hair kept clean and well maintained, pulled into a ponytail at the top of the back of the head, the ponytail reaches the middle of his back. If his hair is ever let down, the hair will reach to the small of his back. Jade green eyes. A pair of pearl earrings in the shape of rain drops in his ears. Appears to be Japanese-American, but has more Japanese in him than Caucasian. Slightly deeper tan than your typical Asian. A tattoo that covers his entire back of a Gold Dragon, the tail sweeping across his right and resting at his navel, the head resting on his left shoulder, and the wings wrapping themselves around his left side and right shoulder. Numerous battle scars, but they are all light because he takes care of each wound medicinally. Dresses for whatever each mission requires.
Personality: Extremely disciplined. Everyone gets verbal respect, even if they've shown they don't deserve it. He is slow to acquire friends, but when he does, they become like part of his family, and you don't mess with his family. The same goes for enemies, slow to acquire them, but once you're an enemy, your story has a definite ending. Either acquaintance or friend, if you show aptitude or skill in something, he assumes you don't need help unless you ask. He feels that guns are the weapons of the weak, and that getting up close and personal is the only good way of winning a fight. He has a twisted sense of honor, not fully the code of the Bushido (Samurai) and not fully the ways of the Ninja, but somewhere in between. When he gives his word, he will do most anything to keep it, so he gives it rarely.
General History: Akara comes from a long line of Ninja. The community he grew up in was his family, so he doesn't know who his actual mother and father are, but everyone in the community was instilled with a sense of family for everyone else. Since he could walk, he's been trained in martial arts, learning how to evade, and learning the weapons that would define his craft. At the age of 3, he started learning with wooden weapons, but by the age of 5, he knew nothing but live ones. His life in the community was not one of diversion, but a hard one of trickery, deception, and combat.
Akara received his first mission at the ripe age of 9, where he was given the task of going to a private school, immersing himself in that lifestyle, and then ensuring the 'accidental' death of the head coach of the school. He achieved this by joining the swim team. During a private lesson, he helped the coach slip, hit his head on the handrails going into the water, and then helping him drown while he was stunned by the impact to his head.
Since that mission, his life has been about perfecting the art of assassination. In his 22 years of assassination, he has taken out 718 targets successfully. Not a single one has been missed, but not all of his missions went perfectly. There's been up's and down's in his craft as his pursuit continues.
Most recently, about 4 years ago, this 'King' rooted out and destroyed Akara's community. Akara was out on a mission at the time. When he came home, he found the place looted and burned to the ground. The women in his family had been dragged into the streets and raped then murdered and burned. His family was all but gone. Sure, there were a few out on missions, and they would return to the same scene. But Akara was not going to sit by and wait for it to be his turn to be murdered. If his family wanted to find him, they knew how to contact him.
So, he looted what he could and headed to the city that housed this 'King'. This is where he has been for the past three years.
Weapons Used: From the top down. Two spike-shuriken holding his ponytail up. His pearl earrings are personal flash smoke bombs. Two tantos (Japanese knives) in a shoulder holster under each arm. A pair of razor sharp katanas strapped to his back. Two throwing knives strapped to his wrists. Four 6-point shuriken hidden in his belt. Two combat knives strapped one to each thigh. Two throwing knives hidden in each soft boot (yes, that's 4).
Strengths: Melee combat. Stealth would be a close second. A proper assassin makes no noise. He doesn't do well with improvised weapons and absolutely refuses to pick up a gun other than to carry it for a teammate.
Weaknesses: He has a major disdain for ranged weapons, other than thrown weapons like daggers or shuriken. So, if you catch him from afar, then you've got him at a major disadvantage. His other major flaw is his loyalty to his family. He will attempt to move the heavens and earth to ensure the safety and well-being of his family.
Loyalties: First and foremost, his family (remember, friends become family). Secondly, his job. Thirdly, his employer. If you're not in these categories, there are no loyalties gained nor given.
Sorry, was a double post
I am interested. Here's a CS for ya :). This was my first character I've ever played online, and that was WAAAAY back when AOL was pay by the hour and I played in Red Dragon Inn Room #3. An altered history, of course. Well, here goes.

Just waiting for the two teams to meet up. Once that begins, then it'll get interesting ;)
Being the only person who can see the majority of the action from where he stands in the trees, Michael notices that the Red Team hasn't moved from their flag. This could prove disastrous for Alicia and Sebastian. So, he draws an arrow and pulls it off the string. He whispers into the arrowhead Move forward, Alicia and Seb are going to be ambushed. And throw the flag up as high as you can before you advance. Once the message has been said into the arrowhead, he renotches the arrow, draws it back, and fires it near the Blue Flag.

The arrow says in Michael's normal voice, "Move forward, Alicia and Seb are going to be ambushed. And throw the flag up as high as you can before you advance." Once he sees the Blue flag in the air, Michael shoots an arrow into the flag, pinning it against the nearest tree. "Hmmm, let's hope they don't find that, and if they do, they don't have a good climber." He then hops over a couple of trees to get a better advantage point and then waits for his four teammates to converge on the area where the Red Flag is.
