Perhaps you can go with a trapping expert that can work explosives into the traps? Very useful against Super Mutants, maybe? :)

You could make the Vault under what is currently Creech Air Force Base, which is NW of Las Vegas about 50-75 miles. That is, unless that area's already used in the NV timeline? I've never played the NV game, so I don't know.

Couple questions relating to the game and some logistics. Approximately where, in relation to New Vegas, is this area that we will be centering this RP on? How recently has this occurrence happened? Are we starting in the New Vegas area and traveling towards this place? If I think of others, I'll toss'em out :)
