As the gang of vigilantes chatted amongst themselves, Ninja slowly and purposefully made his silent way down to the ground level. In a surprisingly soft voice thick with a Japanese accent which is slightly muffled by the full face mask of his ninja outfit, "The Green Skull is running late. He will be here shortly." Ninja looked around at the nine other vigilantes that had arrived. "There were to be more of you. Guess not everyone wants to be part of the future that the Skull has planned. Hmmm."

As Hannibal's 6'7" frame walked into the warehouse, the 5'4" Ninja called out to him, "You're late. So is Green Skull, so it will be accepted this time." He turned back to the rest of the vigilantes, who's attention he had garnered by then, "There are folding chairs through that door right over there. Someone get twelve of them and let us get this started. The Skull will be along shortly."

Ninja took the offered chair from whomever offered it, opened it up and sat down in it. After waiting for the rest of the vigilantes to settle down, he began talking again, "You may call me Ninja. Green Skull asked me to arrange you getting his letter, so I did. What he asks, he gets, especially when he's asking you in your home. Begin by telling everyone about who your masks are. I don't think the Skull wants your personal identities shared, but we should get to know what you do, what you are called, and what type of criminals you target. I am Ninja, stealth and melee master, and I target rapists and murderers. I also have no problems killing. Now, share." He looked around at everyone expectantly, waiting to see who was brave enough to begin to share.
Not like I should post twice in a row, hehe. Any news from MotN?
Quick question....Where is Champion city in relation to the rest of the world? Has it taken over a current major city's place?
Akara just finished up with an early shift that he picked up due to a co-worker needing the afternoon off. The sun barely had gone down as he headed out the back door to Benihana's. He walked over to his black Honda Phantom motorcycle, tossed his leg over it, grabbed his neon-green helmet and began to put it on his head. As he upturned it, a green piece of paper dropped out, hit his lap, then floated to the ground. Curious, Akara bent over and picked up the paper, and as he did, he noticed the green skull imprinted on it. "Hmm." How the hell?!?

His eyes flickered over the paper, absorbing every bit of information that he could read. Either I'm being set up, or this is one crazy opportunity. He's a man, and men can bleed. We'll see if I'm being set up. With that, Akara turned on and revved up his Phantom. He pondered over where this building was, how he would get there, what he would bring, what his entry plan would be. He examined the situation in his head as if he were taking out badguys at the warehouse.

Eventually, he made it to his apartment in the Japantown part of Champion City. He parked his bike in his private garage and went inside and booted up his laptop. He began to do research on the area, what the 'gangs' were in the area, seeing if any territories had changed hands, and brought up a city map of the area. After an hour, he went upstairs, took a shower, and went back into his garage. He tossed aside a tarp that appeared dirty and dusty and like it had been there for months, which lay upon several crates and boxes as if he hadn't fully moved in. He stepped inside the refrigerator box and looked upon his makeshift 'lair'. I wonder if I'm going to have to disappear. This Green Skull guy will disappear as well if I have to. Maybe just move my gear.

Akara then changed into his midnight blue shinobi shozoku (ninja suit, or ninja tabi), attached his various weapons to their respective places, sheathed his katanas on his back, and then turned to his 'other' bike. A midnight blue (matching his suit) Yamaha Samurai stood as it begged to be taken out for another spin. He hopped on his bike, started the near silent engine, ducked as he rode it out of the hollowed out crates, and left his apartment garage.

The Ninja skirted through the back alleys, taking the main roads only when necessary, as he headed to the warehouse where this meeting was to take place. When he neared the area, he began to cautiously approach, still riding the Samurai. Eventually, he parked the bike behind a dumpster about a block away from the warehouse, picked out several boxes from the dumpster, and proceeded to camouflage the bike. Then, on foot, he toe-heel padded his way to the side alley of the warehouse. After he put on his climbing claws, he climbed up the wall to an upper window.

Once the Ninja reached the window, he examined it for alarms. As he expected, none (apparent). A little jimmy here, a few well placed tools there, and soon enough, the window popped open without a sound. As he climbed inside the warehouse, he closed the window and locked it, then climbed higher to the rafters of the warehouse, so he could get a good vantage point. As nobody had arrived yet, the Ninja rested hidden in the rafters, waiting for this Green Skull fellow and whomever else he brought with him. This had better be worth my time.
Please tell me that this hasn't died
So, if my counting is correct, there are 13-14 CS's accepted? Wow, that's a lot

Finished my post. Let me know if I have to change something. (And sorry, Bweoti. I didn't read your post carefully until I had nearly finished his bio. It's not even close to identical, but I didn't want you to think I was leeching.)

No worries. Even if we were closely matched with skills and abilities, personalities are going to be different. No way we could really be identical, so I'm not bothered :) Oh, and I'm gonna tweak my CS slightly to include known languages.
Real Name: Akara Shi'Nise

Alias: Ninja

Age: 31

Gender: Male

Place of Birth: Tokyo, Japan

Occupation: Benihana's Restaurant Chef (The one that cooks in front of you)

Physical Appearance: 5'4", 140 pounds of lean muscle. Black hair kept clean and well maintained, pulled into a ponytail at the top of the back of the head, the ponytail reaches the middle of his back. If his hair is ever let down, the hair will reach to the small of his back. Jade green eyes. A tattoo that covers his entire back of a Gold Dragon, the tail sweeping across his right and resting at his navel, the head resting on his left shoulder, and the wings wrapping themselves around his left side and right shoulder. Numerous battle scars, but they are all light because he takes care of each wound medicinally

Costume: Stereotypical Ninja Suit, complete with full head and face mask. From the top down, there are two tantos (Japanese knives) in a shoulder holster under each arm. A pair of razor sharp katanas strapped to his back (Which is atypical of Ninja, who use the ninja-to). Two throwing knives strapped to his wrists. Four 6-point shuriken hidden in his belt. Two combat knives strapped one to each thigh. Two throwing knives hidden in each soft boot (yes, that's 4).

Skills: Melee Combat, thrown weapons, and stealth. He definitely knows how to cook, but that's not wholly useful in combat. Swimming, non-electronic Breaking and Entering, and mimicry. Languages known are Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, and English.

Equipment/Resources: For equipment, see the costume section. Resources, he makes some decent tips at Benihana's restaurant (If you've never heard of it, google it. Neat restaurant). He doesn't expend a lot of resources when he does his vigilante stuffs, so he doesn't need a rich billionaire wife or anything.

Weaknesses: He has a major disdain for ranged weapons, other than thrown weapons like daggers or shuriken. So, if you catch him from afar, then you've got him at a major disadvantage. His other major flaw is his loyalty, if you get it, then it's permanent. He will attempt to move the heavens and earth to ensure the safety and well-being of those he is loyal to.

Personality: Extremely disciplined. Everyone gets verbal respect, even if they've shown they don't deserve it. He is slow to acquire friends, but when he does, they become like part of his family, and you don't mess with his family. The same goes for enemies, slow to acquire them, but once you're an enemy, your story has a definite ending. Either acquaintance or friend, if you show aptitude or skill in something, he assumes you don't need help unless you ask. He feels that guns are the weapons of the weak, and that getting up close and personal is the only good way of winning a fight. He has a twisted sense of honor, not fully the code of the Bushido (Samurai) and not fully the ways of the Ninja, but somewhere in between. When he gives his word, he will do most anything to keep it, so he gives it rarely.

Base of Operation: He lives in the Japantown part of Champion City, and he works out of the personal garage that comes with the apartment.

Biography: Akara comes from a long line of Ninja, or so he has been told. The community he grew up in was his family, so he doesn't know who his actual mother and father are, but everyone in the community was instilled with a sense of family for everyone else. Since he could walk, he's been trained in martial arts, learning how to evade, and learning the weapons that would define his craft. At the age of 3, he started learning with wooden weapons, but by the age of 5, he knew nothing but live ones. His life in the community was not one of diversion, but a hard one of trickery, deception, and combat.
Through the early part of his life, from the age of 9 when he took his first mission, to the age of 14, he was very active in his family and community. He lived for the people there, devoting his life to their cause. And it was just that, 'their' cause. He never quite adopted the ideals of being a mercenary. By the age of 14, he finally realized that he didn't want to be an assassin for hire to the highest bidder. That just wasn't his way any more. So, he took a mission into greater Tokyo and botched it up on purpose. He got himself arrested, which is a write-off offense in his community. You get caught, there's no coming home. You're also expected to 'forget' about where you came from. Any sign of breaking your loyalty will get you killed.
He finally got out of prison at the age of 20, having finished his schooling in prison. He bounced from job to job, learning the ways of cooking and eventually landing a job as a chef's assistant when he was 24. For two years, he absorbed everything that the chef would and could teach him, so he attempted to strike it out on his own, which failed miserably. So, he decided to head to America, where opportunities were more abundant. Like his job career, he bounced from city to city until he finally landed a job at Benihana's in Champion City as a chef. During the last few years, he has mastered his art of being a chef and has become that restaurant's Lead Chef.
Two years ago, his girlfriend and he got engaged. They celebrated with a few drinks and decided to walk back to their apartment together. On the way home, they were mugged by at least a dozen people (Akara could have been seeing double due to their celebrating). This led him to be attacked and pinned down by three men, then hog-tied with a rope around his head being forced to watch. They then proceeded to enjoy his fiancee, taking turns until they had their fill of her. The damage was extensive enough to cause her death before the ambulances arrived.
The police said that nothing could be done, because if you can't identify the men, then you can't convict them. After a few months, the investigation was dropped. This sent Akara over the edge. So he began to go patrolling in his old outfit. The Ninja was born. Over the course of the last year and a half, Akara believes that he's gotten his fiancee's rapists, but he's realized that they are just the tip of the iceberg. More work needs to be done.
Think I could do well with this one. I'd adapt one of my CS's from a RP that didn't get off the ground.
