Actually, my plan was to create a modified version of the ring that, instead of directly manifesting the energy, instead, feeds the emotional energy to another source. Using constant portals, Odin is connected to all conquered planets via the Core Nexus, which also contains the Plot Hole. Effectively, my plan was to channel all the emotional energy of all beings Odin conquered, even if it isn't much, into a single cannon. Like I said, the power of a billion Green Lanterns.Matt himself is a very good guy, or at least he has good intentions. His own world had a history similar to that of Earth, but was destroyed in WWIII. He despises war, and thus plans to control everything in order to wipe out war in all it's forms. He has an incredible willpower, having stood one on one with Stein without falling, and being the first to resist the effects of the Primal Artifact. It is through willpower alone that he has succeeded in many of his endeavors. He's like batman.

Well unfortunately for you, no one else will become a Green Lantern in this series unless they create a character who just gives out energy rings.

I don't think they would work with him, especially in a weapon. They have to be worn.

OK, a few questions then. Can Matt overcome great fear? Does Matt have the willpower to do such things? Can Matt...let's say...well does Matt have hope for practically everything? Can Matt go on a raging rampage after experiencing great loss and hopelessness? Is he even a good guy? And anyways, no one could wield three rings. Especially a hope and rage ring. THAT would be the day everyone died. Matt would go crazy.

Emotions are his play toy.

But the Lanterns, especially my three, would not be controllable. They can open wormholes for Pete's sake.

You know, Matt is capable of breaking down and integrating pretty much any technology. I'm just thinking of how advanced the Lantern Rings really are. Now imagine if he were able to harness that technology, and draw on the emotional power of all those under his rule, focusing thei happiness, sadness, hate and greed into powerful attacks. It would be like the power of a hundred billion lanterns, focused into a single attack........*Evil grin.*

I don't think that is possible, to control the ring you must feel the most intense form of that emotion.
