Her torso, most of both arms, half of her face, and both legs are covered in grey and purple cybernetics. She is 6'3 and without the cybernetics would weigh about 162lbs. Her hair still shows in full through the cybernetics on her face. Speaking of, the cybernetics on her face is of course equipped with an infrared sight where her eye would be.

Cybernetic Enhancement: Selia possesses cybernetic enhancements that provide superhuman strength, endurance and durability. Selia can also interface with computers. Built into her body-armor were an infrared eye, computer generator, sound amplifier/white noise cannon, and special programming adapters that allowed her to interface with other body extensions.

A normal human, as an orphan she looked up to heroes like Cyborg himself, not knowing that someday she would be saved by him.

It had been a long day, the kids of the orphanage were allowed to go out to the city. So she and her friends were walking through streets, dazed and tired but having fun, until Selia was hit by a truck. Her friends had abandoned her, running away so they wouldn't get hurt, whilst she laid there on the street, near dead. Cyborg rescued her that day, like he was rescued by his parents. And after weeks of implanting enhanced cybernetics into her body-all the while giving her medical treatment-she was brought back to life as a new girl.
