Appearance: He has black hair, brown eyes, weighs 170lbs (he is muscular.), and is 6'5.
Personality: Frankie is protective and unselfish, he loves a good fight, and has never been in love he doesn't even truly know what love is.
Abilities: He has the abilities to shift into a wolf by will.
Job: He is a taxi driver and a hunter.
Bio: Frankie has always been able to shift his parents were half loving half envious of his abilities, until he started to get mad and shift by nature then his parents kicked him out knowing he was dangerous. When he left he started to kill paranormals for fun and that is when Cas caught him interrogated him and put him on the squad, they had a fling but it cut off when she and Sara bonded. Now he works for the hunters and is dedicated to his job.

Cas glared at Willis and turned away Frankie chuckled and started talking to Cas. She was laughing and having a good time almost blatantly ignoring Willis.

They are the paranormal police but the are also assassins people like Frankie take people to the headquarters for interrogation or worse. That is why a lot of paranormals have bad jobs like that. They also make sure paranormals are given acceptable homes so they are, a charity, assassins, and policemen.
