Cas knew she couldn't abandon Willis and she knew what she said wasn't true. She sat back and stared at him.

Cas looked at Willis smiled and slapped him, taking his less injured hand and breaking one of his digits. "I think Frankie is more right every second Willis."

Caoro smiled and looked back at the smith. "How is my rapier?" The smith took out a rapier covered by cloth. "Its doing well if I may say." Caoro took off the cloth and smiled taking out her coin purse and dropping ten gold in his hand. "Thank you so much, she is a beauty indeed."

The smith gave a small bow. "Of course and here is the wine we used." He took out a bottle of finely aged red wine. "It is only a half bottle but we assumed you would want it, the other bottles were all used." He handed guy the bottle. Caoro looked at Guy. "How is it so far?"

When they got to the shop she looked at the smith. "How is his shield?" The smith looked over. "Ah lady princess it is not yet done, the bronze is in its mold we put wine in the heated bronze and it came out a little bit runnier." He said clearly hoping he had followed the instructions.

Katrice smiled and hugged her daughter. "Take the gifts to her ship." She said to no one but servants immediately rushed to and fro to complete the task.

Caoro smiled and looked back at Guy. "Mother is the shield in the smiths' shop?" Katrice nodded and told a guard to take them over. "Come guy let us go."

When they got into the parlor Katrice presented the gifts. "We were not expecting you so early so only a number of the gifts are done." She said shamefully.

Caoro did not mind that only half were done. "No mother it is fine I see a lot of things are done." A servant lifted each gift as if it were a precious child naming them off as he went. "A dagger, fresh food, the finest french rum, and the cat is on its way over." He said elegantly then he backed away. "Thank you mother."

Caoro looked at her mother. "Mother he is my...courtier."

Katrice looked at her daughter in shock, but then cleared her throat. "Come with me to the parlor, your gifts are in there." She would get up and a servant would help her down the steps.

Cas turned cold again. "Do it now or I will keep killing you you son of a bitch, why did I fall in love with someone so stupid?" She shoved the pills in his face.
