Personality: Akira is very social, she has never been one to talk much and doesn't tell people about her powers afraid that they will shy away from her. She tries to make friends more often then not but it usually doesn't work out because of her lack of information. When she does give information it is usually lies, and since she has lied a lot she is very good at it.
Ability: When she touches someone she can take their powers, she can also heal and or kill. (For an example she is kind of like Rogue.)
Other: She has special gloves that refrain her powers from working.

We are about to play basketball, right now the counselors are explaining the rules.
Celia took the ball back and shot it from her position and made it in before running over to it and jumping to catch the rebound, she pivoted and waited for further instructions. "Are we doing man to man? I guess we would have to." She looked back over at Connor and waited for another person to join.
Totally interested, I will be joining unless this is just going to be a 1x1.
