"Shut up SHUT UP!" Jim heard. Steph was one more step before snapping. Jim wanted to stop Steph so badly, even when she revealed that she has killed before. He didn't want to see Steph kill someone who wasn't a threat, but Jim understood vengeance. So he stayed still and watched her, no words to say to her, only hope.
Damn it. I don't think I can stop her. It's up to that guy to save himself.. but his bargaining chip was not good. If she killed him, we would still get the vehicle. Goddamn it.

Thanks for that. Definitely didn't know. Jim didn't too, and he was talking from experience, since he's been killing people since before the zombies happened.

"Steph, I'm not taking his side here, but we're all humans. If we left him to die, hell, if we killed him, isn't that the same as being one of them?" Jim said. If Steph killed this man now, she would be past the point of no return. Jim knew the rage when he wanted vengeance. Jim knew the emptiness when he achieved it.
"You'll never be the same once you kill someone Steph. That's all I'm saying. Shoot him if you want to, that's your business. No one will stop you, but trust me when I say that once you pull that trigger, you wouldn't be the Steph that you know. "

Hey User, is that a dream sequence or a legit event? If so, our posts are kinda clashing, and solame and I kinda followed mine. You can wake doc up anytime now, though, if you'll follow my post's branch, because I'm really, really confused of your posts.

"Whoa there, Steph! What gives? You really gonna shoot an unarmed, unconscious man?" Jim said as he noticed her enraged.
"I have his weapons, girl. There are three of us against one of him. He won't be harming us even if he woke up." Jim continued, hoping to stall and lower Steph's anger. He's also very curious as to why she showed so much hostility.

I'm hoping to follow mine. Frankly, his doesn't make much sense to me because 1. There was never a time when Jim stood over Doc. And 2. Who would be shooting when they were back at the office?

I'm okay with going along with his post, but I wanna know his input here first.

"Yeah, lets." Jim said, then picked up the man. Exhausted, he took his time to carry the man, the seemingly familiar man up 7 floors. When they reached the top floor, Jim plopped down to rest. Still panting, he disarmed the man and found a variety of weapons. He told Steph, "Hey. We gotta tie this guy up. He might be dangerous. Can you cut some of the rope I tied on the elevator shaft? It's longer than needed anyway. After that, let's tie him up. Here's his stuff." Jim said, as he took out one bottle of water and drank from it, consuming all in one go.
