"Just don't feel too crushed when they reject you," Ley said, quickly slipping on a ring around her hoof and a blue choker, "After all, thirty five point seven two doesn't bode well for you."
She smirked a little at that, before heading out the door and down the hall. Eventually she reached the bar, letting out an appreciative noise at the large selection of alcohol and, more importantly, mares.
@TheFiredancer

Ley let out a thoughtful hum. She went and checked the time on the fancy clock.
"Do you think we still have enough time to go and grab a drink?" She asked.
@TheFiredancer

Ley quickly changed the charm on the thunderstone, making it so that the force it fired out went directly down the barrel, as opposed to in all directions. She also discretely put a few safety charms in place, slightly worried for her assistant.
"Yeah. But it appears in every other culture apart from Equestrian. The gryphons call it The Great Tree, the dragons call it The Fire That Touches All," She said, putting the thunderstone back in place.
"Oh Sky, why can't it be both," She said, giving him a wink.
@TheFiredancer

"Ok, it was good," Ley said, laughing a little, "It's just that I'm used to it."
She quickly went in to the bathroom and washed her face, making sure the markings were removed, before walking back out. She walked over to look at the potato cannon, inspecting the elements. She lit up her horn and ran a scan on the thunderstone.
"Do you want me to change it so that the force it releases directionally?" She asked, looking to be helpful.
She smiled when she heard about her presentation.
"Ah yes. A Unifying Theory of Natural Magic. I'm looking forward to that," She said.
Jen looked around the arena, a slightly worried look on her face.
'The size of this could work against me,' She thought.
@Varicke

Jen glared at him as she walked in.
'One day, I'm going to break his arm,' She thought.
@Varicke

"Next time I'll drain you dry," She growled at him as her hair and eyes turned orange.
She wasn't serious. She didn't think she could ever do that.
Confidence would probably be orange, you're right.
@Varicke

What emotion is he feeling?
@Varicke

Jen let out a cry and punched him in the face, her glove off. She felt the crunch of bone underneath her knuckles, the feeling slightly satisfying.
