Jen smiled a little.
"Thanks," she said, drying her face off.
@Xiphonic

"Do you want to sit down?" Jen asked.
@Xiphonic

Jen shook her head.
"It doesn't matter how small your problems might seem when compared to others. They still matter, " she said.
@Ryouko

Jen nodded a little.
"Just don't touch my skin," she said, sniffing again.
@Ryouko

Jen glanced at him. He knew. She gave him a small nod, before looking away. She let out a sniff, wiping away a tear.
@Xiphonic

'Neither of them understand... but at least they're trying,' she thought, glad that she was amongst friends. She too looked up at the fight happening above.
@Ryouko

Jen put her arms across her chest as she remembered.
"It was the worst," she said, her voice a little shaky.
@Ryouko

Jen shook her head a little.
"Oh, I didn't have a choice if I killed him or not," she said sadly, "And I think that's the worst part."

"My name is Ley Lines, but you can call me Ley," she said, taking a sip of the spicy drink, her expression unchanged, "The room is seven twenty three. Maybe I can show you it later on."

"Im Quartz," said the earth pony, "Its amazing here. So much to do, so many people."
He giggled again, swinging himself around Sky.

"I know what its like to live it rough. My mum threw me out of the house when I was 13. I spent a few years just stealing energy from anyone I could find. Lucky I met this really nice lady. Her name was Dolly, and she was like a second mother. I stayed at her place, and worked for her. I wasn't proud of my work, but I was good at it. And I always got a meal from it. Back then, I was a lot better at controlling my powers. Until one night when I was 18. That was the first night I killed someone. And it was the guys own fault, and he probably deserved it for what he did. But it broke me. I couldn't turn my power off anymore. Some scars are deeper than skin. I had to stop working, and Dolly had to make me move out after a year. So I went back to scrounging. Until now, that is," she said, before growing quiet. She'd never told anyone the whole story before.
