There's a lot of monarchy (All major European powers have a monarch, apart from Spain and France), glorification of the head of state (The Kaiser/Emperor/HugshouldpostmoresoIwouldrememberhistitle/Sotelo), social policies glorifying their own race (Nordic for you), hatred and fear of socialism, armed to the teeth at all times.

Think fascism as we know it but add a powerful head of state on top.
