Appearance: 6"6', typically black slicked back hair, he was in uniform when the out brake happened and he has been in uniform since other than a face mask he had gotten at a pharmacy.
Short Bio and personality: he is still a bit panicked and in shock but once he calms down he will be a huge help, he is very project oriented and he has a great memory.

Charles opens his eyes 'what the hell was that about' he thinks to himself. Then he realizes that he isn't looking at his ceiling he puts a hand in front of his face. "No way..." he sits up he looks around "no way..." he goes to the closest mirror. "No fucking way!" The he realizes his voice is different "YES! Am I voiced by Chris Sabat?" He then looks down "I'm not fat... I'M NOT FAT" he examines himself "This is the best the best god damn day in my life." When he examines himself in the mirror he sees that he has short sliver hair 'kinda Bieber-ish' he also notices he has golden irises. "Wait a minute..." he rips his flannel shirt open, "fuck yeah!" He touches his abs ' I'm finally thin... what do I wear in this world' he then thinks as he quickly moves towards his dresser.
