I would suggest going the other way with it, however - rather than more of the Wardens surviving Ostagar none of them do, and without the influence of The Warden and Alistair the Darkspawn destroy Denerim, plunging Ferelden into chaos. We're the first wave of Warden reinforcements from the rest of Thedas. It tells a new story rather than just retracing a told one.
Jia would keep tabs on things both in the muggle world and the wizarding world. Given that she's probably at this point a pretty well known resistance fighter, knowing about her to make contact would be simple. As to how, Jia has a cell phone, one of those late-nineties pieces of crap. She doesn't keep the number much of a secret, half the Muggleborn Witches and Wizards in Britain would know it.

Although it's dubious if a Pureblood could really figure out how to operate a phone.
There was a flicker in Arlana's senses, and her attention shifted away from the fallen Padawan to the hall she had just come from. Horror twisted her features - they had gotten behind her somehow, she could sense the horror from the children, and even as she rose to her feet and readied her lightsaber she knew she would never get there in time. Pain and rage flowed together and she felt a darkness all around her, beckoning her with the power she would need.

Run, Arlana. Don't give in to hate. The voice of the old master broke into her thoughts for a moment, and his spot in the Force shone bright and clear as a star, resolute against the darkness. Then a moment later it faded away, and with him all the little pinpricks of light began to blink out, one by one. Arlana turned and bolted, tears streaming down her face, barely restraining the scream that longed to rise up her throat. She ran blindly, not sure where she was heading. Towards the rear of the Temple, she thought, but beyond that nothing.
Wouldn't work if the note wasn't written by the actual Secret Keeper. Him making contact with one of the members of the Ashes - I'd guess Albert, but Jia's also a possibility - seems the most plausible.
"Ugh, you know how I get in ITS, Captain. I'll get over it." Provided they didn't have to scramble, deceleration was just as bad as acceleration. The last time she had a post-jump scramble she'd ended up vomiting into her helmet. Not a pleasant time. Speaking of unpleasant, she drew her attention away from the Captain to the Corporal who had butted into the conversation and had he really just sniffed her? He was lucky he wasn't in her chain of command or she'd have him scrubbing toillets with his tongue until he became a colony for sentient fungus. Who -did- that, anyway?

This Multicultural ship was going to be an adjustment, she had a feeling.

It is a time of chaos in the galaxy. Nearly a thousand years have passed since the rebellion against the Empire, and now the galaxy has fallen into turmoil yet again. Under the weight of economic depression and endless brushfire conflicts, the Republic has collapsed and torn itself apart, fracturing into hundreds of system and sector-states, each quarreling to become the heart of a reborn Republic.

One of the first casualties of this conflict has been the planet of Coruscant. Once the shining jewel in the heart of the Republic, the planet has become a tomb world, as the collapse of trade has forced the planet to be abandoned in droves, and now it sits empty, a dusty memorial to peace and civilization as the galaxy spins deeper into chaos.

The Jedi Order has disbanded, unable to clearly decide which of the new nations to serve. Some of the Jedi strike off alone or in small groups, trying to do their best to reunify the galaxy or just to do some good, while others swear allegiance to the various states and fight for them against their competitors.

Now one of the last great Jedi Masters, Aldoran Kell, has called for a Grand Conclave of the Jedi in the ruins of Alderaan, a last attempt at unity against the coming darkness...

If I can be a bit of a pedant, only the secret-keeper of the Fidelius Charm can pass on the secret, it doesn't work if other people do it. That's why they had to give Harry a note personally written by Dumbledore so he could find Grimmauld Place.
You know, if we're going to just do a typical Western Fantasy setting, why not just use one that's already existent? Almost all the D&D settings would work for this. Most people know Forgotten Realms and there's reams of material and worldspace to tell any number of stories.
Jedi centric, but if some people want to make members of other Light-oriented Force traditions or non-sensitives I'd be pleased.
