Lily stared at him, her expression disbelieving, then swung her arm around, the strap sliding down her arm to drop her helm into her hand. She clapped it over her head, the visor swinging closed. "I'm not interested in fighting you." Lily pushed forward, trusting in the strength of her armor, ignoring him as she pressed towards the undead warrior.
"Nine Hells, man!" She raised her sword and twisted away, she had no interest in harming this man. "He slaughtered a whole village. Helpless, innocent children snuffed out by him! He is a monster in every sense of the word!" She gripped her sword tightly, raising it into a two-handed guard. "I won't fight you, but I will not let him escape."
Retcon it so he didn't announce he snuffed out an entire village worth of unarmed men, women, and children?
Sure, that could work, but that's not the character. The character as written can't have been undead for very long, his sheet says he's only 26 years old, and the rest of the profile strongly suggests he was killed only recently by the course of events. You're giving this character a bunch of credit that isn't due.
"You have disgraced the title of Paladin and the service of Ilmater." With one hand, she swept her sword from her sheath and with her other she raised her right hand, palm forward. A cold, white light suffused the gauntlet. "Torm take you!" The light, Torm's holy power manifested in the physical plane, blasted out of her hand a moment later followed up by an overhand one-handed strike with her sword.
Enalais, this is just straight up Arthas. Come on, man.
Lily was silent for several moments, staring at him as she worked through what he had said. "To...keep them from the Necromancer...you killed them yourself." Her face was twisted in revulsion, her gauntlet tight around the grip of her sword. Her jaw was set, anger blazing in her eyes. "Small wonder the Necromancer didn't bind you. You did all her work for her, delivered a mountain of fresh dead for her. She must have assumed you were on her side." She started to draw her blade, then stepped back and sighed. "You vile coward. You're not even worth my steel."
Maybe for a 'Proud Warrior', but a Paladin shouldn't be so fearful of their eternal fate that they'll bind themselves to the Material for eternity in the form of an abomination.
"A foul heart can still speak fair words. Explain yourself." She bit off the 'Abomination' at the end of the sentence, but only just. A pale light gathered at her hands as she reflexively prepared the power to repulse and destroy the Dead. She drew it back, holding it at bay. The Warrior wouldn't be revealing himself only to begin combat, not in this situation - he was outnumbered, facing a considerable amount of mystic might, along with her own martial prowess. It might be that he could best them, but by his behavior she doubted it.
"Lily Beckett, Knight of the Order of the Triad and Paladin of Torm." She said to the other warrior, her voice cold and her eyes locked on him. "Show your face, warrior. You bear the symbol of Ilmater, but I sense none of his light on you. Only black magic." She rested her hand on the hilt of her sword. "How came you by Korick's message?"
