Good nation RPs show up quite often here, and it's always worth checking the Nation Forum, but other really good RPs can be hiding elsewhere so you might need to snoop around a bit before finding the perfect one.

Well yeah, that's the rule here, but I grew up in the backwater counties, so nobody really gave a shit, Again, I only know about this in the Northern part of the state. South near the larger cities and I have no clue how some rules are enforced.
