Where I'm from in Texas (it can vary county to county) it's no selling beer after midnight unless it's Saturday, then it's 1 am. And all liquor stores are closed by 9pm and on Sundays. Beer can't be sold until 7 am? I think. I never worked the morning shift with the bums hanging out at the singles door for their breakfast.E: And if I was gonna buy drugs from guy named Duane, it wouldn't need a prescription.
In point, hard liquor is sold every night to 9pm.
Beer is every night till midnight.

If he's in a small town and there are 6 liquor stores in a 5 minute radius, holy shit. We have plenty in the city but the damn things close early and aren't open on Sunday. MY ONLY DAY OFF. I'm bad at planning, when I want to get drunk it's usually spontaneous.

I can think of 9 for sure liquor stores and about 8 other places to buy alcohol.
