1.) Some of the powers are extremely specific and derivative 2.) People sometimes keep doing it and doing it until they get something they like. It kind of makes it pointless.

Eh my family history is scattered as tits. Apparently my family's from Barga, Italy, and they may or may not have been royalty.

The thought of you as a princess is almost unbearable for me right now.

You know, I like this.
I always thought that cats suited me.

Me and my girlfriend always have conversations about the people we know and their "spirit animals". She is a fox, you meet her for 5 minutes and you will know why. But we could never figure me out.

When my grandpa died, I inherited all his family history stuff. My last name: originally: "Töllner" was an occupational name for a collector of tolls or customs levies in the Northern Germanic dialects. Records I have seen place us a a poor noble family operating the ferry system across the Rhine. We eventually became part of Prussia and like our entire family history is littered with Prussian Military Officers.

We came to the US after the civil war and took land in Nebraska as part of the homestead act. An argument in the late 1800's resulted in the entire family moving to Oklahoma except one of the sons named "Peter", who went on his own to Wisconsin.
