Alias: Annoyed Cucco

Powers: Flight, Can summon Chickens to do her bidding; can also summon one giant chicken as long as no other chickens are summoned. Can make multiple feathers appear to cause a distraction if needed.
History: Cinia was born and raised on a farm, as she grew she realized that she had a strange connection to the chickens out of all the creatures she came across. As such she soon realized that she could summon these creatures at a whim. Later on she found that she could even use them to create a shield of sorts so long as she didn’t mind sacrificing them, which due she has no quarrels with.
The first time she stopped a crime with her powers was at a farmers market. There was a thief who stole some cash from one of her customers, she ran after then and soon enough she used her powers to have them trip over some chickens that later disappeared. After that she created a costume for herself and started to save those who caused troubling within the city of Davenport and its suburbs.

Asura/Calamity

Personality: He doesn’t talk much, but when he does it is normally yelling something about his wife and kid. He is calm for the most part unless you start to antagonize him.
Powers: Immense power, enough to level a small building with one punch. Extreme durability (steel swords no matter how hard can’t hurt him, swords made of fictional metal however can). Can grow four more arms if needed.
History: Much of how Asura came to be is unknown even by him. He did not however come from this earth. He came from another dimension entirely, in this place is closest friends betrayed him and it is believed that they exiled his wife and daughter to the current dimension. He is now in search of them and plans to find them by any means necessary, and as far as he can tell they aren’t on the surface of the earth but rather beneath it.

Zelan Status: Dead?

Name: Zelan Zorsquid
Alias: King of the Waters

Race: Zora
Personality: He tries to keep a very professional air about him, though he does get angry quite easily if insulted.
Powers: He can control water and even has the power to cause a tidal wave, but only with the help of his people. He loves music though and is easily distracted by it.
Ability: He sometimes uses a harpoon but for the most part he fights with mainly his feet, she can also make the fins on his arms hard enough block most attacks and use them as a shield.
History: Zelan is the king of the Zora people, however he only gained this title through harsh politics and assassinations of his brothers and sisters before him. He has lead his people to become the dominant race within the sea, though other aquatic races have tried to take down his empire and even assassinate him none of succeeded. He hasn’t attacked the surface much as they haven’t done huge harm to his people, though that doesn’t mean he isn’t willing to if they try to damage his domain.

Personality: Gart is very upbeat almost to the point of scary sometimes, she also loves video games which is why her powers are based around Video games.
Powers/weapons: Gart’s powers are based around certain video games. She has a device in her super costume that was first developed by her father but she improved on it. It works but allowing her to enter certain types of games into it either through a disk or small cartridge.
Not all games work with this power and she can only use one at a time. Different games give her different powers. If she inserts a Mario game into the device she can suddenly jump much higher and her boots become spikes so they do damage on whatever she lands on.
History: Gart is the daughter of a lesser known scientist within Davenport, while he is still alive he is often away on business and is rarely home. Her mother is a wonderful caring woman who is obsessed with fitness. Gart first became a hero the moment she found her fathers device, it was meant to work with certain data however she was able to alter it with gaming devices. The original device used both technology and Magic in order to make it work, however Gart seems to have it largely focused on Technology now, however the outward powers seem to come from magic. When Gart first started to act as a hero she gained a large following online. She is one of those people who see everything in black and white and will do whatever she can to help save the day.

The cities of the world may look all shiny on the outside but inside them is dark and often full of villainy and scum.

That’s what most comic books say at least, but the world isn’t so black and white, it’s very gray. Villains have a reason to do what they do, it is not often done for greed. In such a world not many choose to be hero’s, it’s mostly those who see the world as black and white only.

Among the villains there is one who rules them all, many call him Calamity, a man who can level a block with a single punch if he deems it necessary. No one knows where he came from, all they know is that he is aiming for something deep in the earth; no hero has ever stopped to ask him why though.

The city of Davenport is one where technology is constantly evolving, yet at the same time some underground cults are also advancing magic. The magic side of things has opened up a portal so seeing other races isn't such an oddity in Davenport.

Davenport is surrounded by suburbs, the ocean is the east, and to the west are rural farms. Davenport has been invaded before, either from the sea or from the sky, yet thanks to their increased technology they can rebuild what was lost within a month.

3. No over powered characters unless you plan on being a major villain and get my permission (this means you can't take out more than five minions in a single blow)(if I believe you are too op Calamity will punch the op out of you)
4. You have full freedom to make any kind of hero you want, even one who is a dragon quest slime will be allowed
5. If I deem your posting too slow I will use a time skip.
6. Put your favorite type of Cake at the end of your bio
7. In each fight you must get hit once, No dodging everything!

but anyways since atleast one person is here I'll start working on it, I'm thinking its gonna take place in a city in the sky sort of thing, kind of like bio-shock infinite but more modern, what do you think?
