"I'm sorry we lied to you, we were afraid that no one would come if we told you that it was a giant creature that you had help us with." Linia said as she stood close to her sister. "And yes, you will be body guards untill we get to the temple, In order for the ritual to be complete we cannot fight or use our magic." Cinia answered as the boat finally reached the island. Once the Island an old looking man with a staff came out of a hut to welcome them. "It's good that you all made it! I take it that our Goddesses have given you the run down by now!" The old man said with a smile. "Anyways Bantaru has been plagueing us more and more, lately, he only leaves after he has stolen what food we have and eaten one of our own. There aren't many of us left anymore." The old man said as he pointed towards how few natives were left in the village. It was a bit of a sad site, there were only a few children as well.
"If you would like to discuss- oh no, he's here!" The old man was stopped mid sentence when he felt the ground rumbling. A giant creature came out from the ocean, this was none other than Bantaru himself. He let out an ear shattering cry before he started to approach the island. He was far bigger than the tiny village, he could easily squish the village by just stepping on it. Today he seemed more angry and normal too, intruders had come into his domain, and he wouldn't allow this to happen. He turned towards the boat that had just arrived and began to open his mouth, energy began to gather in his mouth and onto the spikes on his spine. He was going to attack the boat they had just arrived on.
