Name smiled when Autumn hugged his legs. He started the pancakes and popped the last three hotpockets in the microwave. Name was just pouring a glass of milk for himself and Autumn when he heard a loud thud right outside his door. "What the..." Name thought to himself.
"Hold on a second Autumn I'm going to check that out" Name told her setting down the glasses and heading towards the door. Opening it he saw Spinel sprawled across the floor and Wyn looking concerned. Name ran over to the Phoenix and looked in his eyes holding up three fingers. By the way The Hunger was a failed RP, so as of now it is a little more fleshed out then the others but the other two have been sitting in the back of my head for a while now and would also be rich tales.
I currently have three ideas for Sci-Fi RP's that all coincide with one another (eventually). Problem is I only have enough time to dedicate myself to one so whichever story gathers the most interest will get started. If you are interested in one of the other plots stay subscribed to this interest check when my scheduled opens up i'll open up another one of these story's.
Main Plot:In 2112 After the world economy crashed due to a a lack of resources on earth, what was left of the world's space programs decided to roll the dice. With reach of our craft was a suddenly opened wormhole gaping and mysterious. With no time left and little options left 6 massive ships carrying 7,500 people each entered the hole. Near the end of the trip, the hole split and 2 of the 6 fell into the wrong tunnel separated from the rest.

The two stray ship emerged into a unknown section of the universe, with no contact with earth or the rest of the fleet, the two ships began to colonize the fertile worlds discovered and make use of the long lost technology sealed away in temples on the new world.First landing took place 174 years ago, so the new society is fairly established, with one Colony ship (New Frontier) landing First on the capital world of Dawn. The second ship (Fool's Gambit) Landed in a different solar system, both worlds had the highest number of ancient temples of worlds discovered. As most scientific research has been centered on technology found in the temples most weapons and utilities are similar to earth but enhanced, though groundbreaking discoveries have been made in propulsion systems and shipbuilding allowing faster travel between the systems.
The Colonies are spread across 9 different worlds, 3 moons, in 4 solar systems. While the tech is available to terr-form the process is lengthy so the more inhabited planets have higher oxygen and EE (earth equivalent levels). EE is also used to measure resource and livability levels. Dawn is EE 3. While Fool's Gambit is -EE2 (less then earth equivalent). The Government is a bicameral representative democracy where each world or moon elects a representative for the first house, and each of the 4 systems elect a rep. for the second. The Carseti cartel leaders claim to be descendents of the officers of the Original Fool's Gambit, and where forced into serving the new government.
The Mission: You are a member of the CDF (colonial defense force) part of a task force ordered to investigate a undercover cargo ship with information on the Carseti crime syndicate (a violent world spanning gang in open rebellion of the colonial government)
Inspiration:Resident Evil, Dead Space, star craft, and a little bit from the card game Tyrant (more of a horror setting).
With data transmitted from the ships new understanding of wormholes lead to the solving of one of earths oldest and greatest mysteries The Bermuda Triangle. Knowing the exact location of an ancient hole in the center of the triangle a much smaller ship was created with a much smaller crew to explore the region of space and see if it is a viably escape for the remainder of humanity.
However upon exiting the wormhole it is discovered that there is no return hole, no way back to earth.
The Mission:Your small crew is now lost in a populated semi-hostile undiscovered region of space in a primitive poorly supplied vessel cut off and far away from home. You must make sure you and your fellow crew can make a new name for humanity and protect them from there new obstacles.(This story would have easy character bonding in my own opinion) Inspiration: Firefly,Farscape(huge fan,and main inspiration),Star Trek,battlestar galactica,and Prey
Mankind was too busy thinking of going through the wormhole that they didn't think about what might be coming out their end. An alien military armada, fleeing from the destruction of their own Empire and home worlds, exited the wormhole and launched a devastating invasion of earth. After a bitter war on both sides the invaders occupied earth and declared marshal law, were very tight control is placed on the almost depleted food supply.
The Mission: The war is over. Now survive in the dystopian world that has been created. Waring you are an average Joe or Jane living in a destroyed world where any of its alien occupiers can shoot you on spot for failing to comply. This would have the highest mortality rate of all the stories.
Inspiration:Half-Life 2, Knights of the old republic(Taris level), and a little dash of The Hunger Games
