I'm already creating a rough outline of what I'd like my character to be, as I'm sure some other people are. We'll be flying in no time.

Does this mean that the roster will mostly be made of jounin and Kage? If so wouldn't that make the Genin highly outmatched if any fighting was to occur? On another note, would it be okay to have a chunin who recently became the head of his clan after the death of his parents.
