Jesus everyone wants to fight. XD Is there some sort of official battleground where people can duke it out?
Tony grinned, Marcus was a pretty cool guy. "A bit cocky are you? Hope you live up to that expectation." When the guy talked about putting people in their place Hart grinned, "with pleasure" he responded. It must have looked kind of odd, a nerdy looking kid all fired up to fight. They wouldn't expect him to be able to move in the blink of an eye and have the strength of many men. And they certainly wouldn't expect to be a genius. He had created a quite impulsive and sporadic persona used to fool people into thinking he was some kind of dummy who could hit stuff. Tony grinned, fooling people was easier than he expected.
Tony smirked, "it wouldn't be pointless. They'll have to fight us eventually if they want to be the best of the best. I'm just here to have some fun and kick asses, simple as that. There seems to be some talent in some of these guys so I won't be completely disappointed."
"Well if people want to rank up they have to fight. But I guess some of the new kids might have been intimidated. Oh well.... They'll get used to it I guess." Tony shrugged and put his hands behind his head, wanting the ceremony to hurry up and finish. There was so much more productive things he could be doing.
Tony glanced at Meruin, "it wasn't meant to be intimidating, it was just the truth. I don't believe in sugarcoating things." Hart hadn't meant to seem mean or anything... Oh well.
Tony sighed, guess he was next. He sauntered up to the podium and stared at the crowd of kids. He pushed his glasses up a little higher on his nose. "Hi guys, name's Tony, Tony Hart. I'm the fifth council member. A lot of people are puffing their chests out and talking a lot of false bravado. I find it very amusing, but just know, everything will be settled in the rank battles. Only there can you talk shit." Tony didn't bother talking about grades, he could have gotten perfect scores on both. Without another word Tony walked back to his seat. Hart smirked, this year was going to be fun.
And I switched telekinesis for super strength and speed because I don't know how I would have used it in a fight sooooo.
