Finished editing Kato, now all I need to do is finish his history. Btw I'm going on vacation until Sunday so I might not be on for a while.

Appearance

Kato is 5'6" and has golden eyes because of his Kekkei Genkai.

Personality: Kato is a social and intelligent young man. He likes to make friends and likes to converse. He is also very smart. Mikuro is very observant and is good at assessing people and situations. He is also controlled by his emotions. Which can be a strength and a weakness. He will protect the people he loves, even if it means he has to be in harm's way. This also means that his anger can easily get the best of him. Kato is also very stubborn, any decision he makes seems to be set in stone. Even if he subconsciously knows knows it's the wrong one. Kato has a big heart, and always tries to do his best. The only time he isn't very outgoing or social is when he meets new people, because he has to assess them first. When he does decided that he wants to be your friend, it's like an inseparable bond.

Village: Kohonagakure

History/Background: Kato was born the youngest of three. His parents were of high standing in their village. He had a brother and sister. Kato always looked up to his brother, Ando, and sister, Timiko. When the First Shinobi War began, his brother went out to fight, along with his father. His mother took care of him, and his sister practiced her medical ninjutsu so she could help wounded soldiers. The only thing Kato did was practice, he wanted to be as good as his brother and father. Mikuro had trouble in his academy days, ninjutsu was not his greatest strength, an he had no affinity for genjutsu whatsoever. So, Kato spent all his time perfecting his taijutsu. This is where he truly shined, and was easily able to dominate his opponents if they had to fight hand to hand. This is when he created his own fighting style. It relies on his incredible speed and strength. He dodges and weaves, then strikes with immense power. Kato's performance and mentality took a heavy hit when two of family members were taken away from him. His father and brother were killed in the heat of battle against a squad of Kirigakure ninja. They both fought valiantly, but did not make it out alive, it was a devastating blow to Kato. Kato withdrew from his social life for a while, and tried to sort out his feelings. After a conciderable amount of moping around, he decided that he would make his father and brother proud. He and his sister practiced hard together, even though she was a chunin already. Kato secretly looked up to her, but would never let her know that.

Kato began training with his sister when he graduated the academy at 12. She teached his about his Kekkei Genkai. Kato was relieved to find that learning these techniques was way easier to accomplish than regular ninjutsu. Kato realized that he was really only skilled in taijutsu and Koton Release. Mikuro learned basic Koton Release Techniques with relative ease. His sister was way more skilled than him with Koton. He tried as hard as he could, and finally learned four Koton techniques. Kato really began shining as a Genin once he figured out how to manipulate his Koton chakra. Now, Kato is trying to perfect his taijutsu. His future plans are in the making. He plans to become a skilled and high ranked ninja, and make his family proud. Then, he wants to kill the men who murdered his father and brother, if they are still alive that is.... This explains Kato's intense hate towards Kirigakure.

Tools: kunai (20), shuriken (10), exploding notes (5), wire, and his steel knuckles. He also has 5 special kunai with seals on them for his Finishing Attack Jutsu.

Chakra Nature: Koton (Electricity and Wind)

Kekkei Genkai: Koton (Light) Release: Koton is a mixture of electricity and wind elemental chakra. Koton can be made of physical light, which is just intense condensed heat. It can also be used to blind opponents. The Mikuro clan can use this ability in a variety of ways.

Special Traits: Kato's taijutsu is his greatest skill. He is extremely fast and strong. He lacks skill with other ninjutsu besides his Kekkei Genkai techniques. Besides the basic academy techniques. Kato has no skill for genjutsu whatsoever. Mikuro is very intelligent, and is proficient at assessing his opponents. He is also a fast learner, and won't make the same mistake twice. Kato has an impressive amount of chakra reserves, and has a ridiculous amount of stamina from his intense physical training.

Koton Release

Kekkei Genkai Jutsu:

Name: Blinding Light

Effect: Kato concentrates his Koton in his stomach, ten releases it from all his chakra points. The effect is a flash of blinding light that blinds opponents for 5-10 seconds.
Weakness: The range.

Effect: Kato changes the reflexion of light around him to disappear from sight.
Weakness: He can only disappear for 20 seconds.

Effect: Kato concentrates hot light into his body parts to strengthen his taijutsu. He can also use this technique to cut through things. Can be used on weapons to enhance their cutting power.
Weakness: He has to touch his opponent or object.

Effect: Kato has the ability to see all different sorts of light waves. He has perfect vision, night vision, and thermal vision.
Weakness: slowly drain chakra when using night and thermal vision.

Effect: Kato forms senbon made out of condensed light and heat. He then shoots them out of his hands.
Weakness: Can be dodged and is very Chakra consuming.

Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Kato mixes the Clone Technique and Blinding Light. He makes a clone, and sends it to attack his opponent. When it get's close enough it explodes in a flash of blinding light. Multiple clones can be made.
Weakness: Can be dodged and if the opponent realizes the clone is a fake it probably won't work as well.

Effect: Kato shoots a blast of condensed light out of the palms of his hands that burns though pretty much anything.
Weakness: He can only perform it 5 times a day and can be dodged.

Name: Super Nova*
Rank: S
Range: mid to long
Nature: Koton
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Kato gathers most of his chakra and and creates somethig that could be described as a small star. He then hurls the star at his opponent. This technique is deadly, and lethal if it's a direct hit.
Weakness: He can ony use it once and when he does perform it he has to be hospitalized because of how taxing it is on his chakra reserves. It's his trump card.

Effect: Kato creates an object made of out super sense light particles. It can range from a sword, a table, a shield, etc.
Weakness: the bigger the object the more chakra it takes. They can be destroyed by something harder than them.

Effect: Kato uses Light Constructs and makes a bow made of light. He creates an arrow made of super condensed light that can pierce most materials.
Weakness: The arrow can be dodged and it's very chakra taxing.

Effect: Kato attacks his opponent with a series is kicks, punches and elbows, he finishes with an uppercut, using his steel knuckles.
Weakness: Can be dodged, and it is short range.

Name: Diving strike

Nature: none
Type: Taijutsu
Effect: Kato uses his speed to dodge his opponents attack as he rushes towards them. When he gets close enough, he jumps into the air and dives towards his opponent. He pulls out two kunai. He tries to stab them, but if they dodge, he throws the kunai at them.
Weakness: Can be dodged, isn't very effective if his opponent is faster than him.

Name: Finishing Attack*

Nature: none
Type: Taijutsu
Effect: This is Kato's best and most complicated taijutsu move. He wraps seals around his special kunai. The seals have special wire sealed in them. They are chakra infused in them to make them incredibly strong. Now, down to the actual technique. Kato distracts his opponent, then throws one of his special kunai. When the kunai gets close the seal releases the wire. The wire wraps around his opponent and restricts them. Then Kato destroys them, either with taijutsu or his Koton Release techniques.
Weakness: He only has 5 chances to perform it.
