SUPERHERO NAME: He goes by many names. Quicksilver, Murcury, Twitch, Sonic, and anything he can think of in the spur of the moment.
AGE and BIRTHDAY: 17 (August 28)
This is what Tony wears when he's out doing his thing. He also wears a black hoodie and cargo shorts along with it, he isn't one for a crazy or flashy suit. His shoes are altered so that they can't get run down by his fast movements. They are also black, but the soles seem to glow a light blue.
GENDER: Male
PERSONALITY: (The only thing to keep in mind here is that these people, in spite of a personality issue are genuinely good people who want to do good things.)

POWERS: Tony moves so fast that he can make it seem like the world around him is slower than him. As a side effect, Tony ages very fast. Although Hart is only 17, he looks like he is in his twenties. Another side effect is that his legs are insanely strong from the amount of pressure they undergo when Hart moves quickly.
REASON FOR DETENTION: Tony likes to steal stuff, but he usually gives it back. He just likes the fact that no one can keep up with him. He also enjoys messing with the Elites, which is quite easy for him.
