I like the squads made. Two Lighting users, and a Taijutsu user, that'll be interesting.
Name: Ryuto Ōkami

Physical Appearance:
Ryuto stands at 5'8" which is pretty tall for his age. He has a scar on his chin, and there is usually a smirk or analytical look on his face.Clothing/Accessories: Ryuto wears the clothing in the picture above. His headband sits on his forehead. He wraps his arms and legs (and puts weights under the wrappings), and wears a pair of special black fingerless gloves. These gloves are made of special metal fibers, the metal is practically unbreakable, but also allows him to move his fingers normally. Ryuto sports two small ear piercings, a trademark of the Õkami clan.
Personality: Ryuto is a social and intelligent young man. He likes to make friends and likes to converse. He is also very smart. Ōkami is very observant and is good at assessing people and situations. He is also controlled by his emotions. Which can be a strength and a weakness. He will protect the people he loves, even if it means he has to be in harm's way. This also means that his anger can easily get the best of him. Ryuto is also very stubborn, any decision he makes seems to be set in stone. Even if he subconsciously knows knows it's the wrong one. Ōkami has a big heart, and always tries to do his best. The only time he isn't very outgoing or social is when he meets new people, because he has to assess them first. When he does decided that he wants to be your friend, it's like an inseparable bond.
Brief History: (Added a war in there just to make my character's backstory more interesting. I hope you don't mind) Ryuto was born the youngest of three. His parents were of high standing in their village. He had a brother and sister. Ryuto always looked up to his brother, Ando, and sister, Timiko. When the [insert war here] began, his brother went out to fight, along with his father. His mother took care of him, and his sister practiced her medical ninjutsu so she could help wounded soldiers. The only thing Ryuto did was practice, he wanted to be as good as his brother and father. Ōkami had trouble in his academy days, ninjutsu was not his greatest strength, an he had no affinity for genjutsu whatsoever. So, Ryuto spent all his time perfecting his taijutsu. This is where he truly shined, and was easily able to dominate his opponents if they had to fight hand to hand. This is when he created his own fighting style. It relies on his incredible speed and strength. He dodges and weaves, then strikes with immense power. Ryuto's performance and mentality took a heavy hit when two of family members were taken away from him. His father and brother were killed in the heat of battle against a squad of Kirigakure ninja. They both fought valiantly, but did not make it out alive, it was a devastating blow to Ryuto. Ryuto withdrew from his social life for a while, and tried to sort out his feelings. After a conciderable amount of moping around, he decided that he would make his father and brother proud. He and his sister practiced hard together, even though she was a chunin already. Ryuto secretly looked up to her, but would never let her know that.
Kato began training with his sister when he graduated the academy at 12. She teached his about his Kekkei Genkai. Kato was relieved to find that learning these techniques was way easier to accomplish than regular ninjutsu. Kato realized that he was really only skilled in taijutsu and fūinjutsu. Ōkami learned basic taijutsu and fūinjutsu Techniques with relative ease. His sister was way more skilled than him with fūinjutsu. He tried as hard as he could, and finally learned four fūinjutsu techniques. Ryuto really began shining as a student once he learned these techniques. Now, Ryuto is trying to perfect his taijutsu. His future plans are in the making. He plans to become a skilled and high ranked ninja, and make his family proud. Then, (secretly) he wants to kill the men who murdered his father and brother, if they are still alive that is.... This explains Rytuo's intense hate towards Kirigakure.

The one on his left hand holds twenty kunai and the one on his right hand holds twenty shuriken. In his pouch he has wire, smoke pellets, explosive tags, and bandages. Ryuto also has various seals on his body, these are his trump cards.
Bloodline Limit: Kimigami no Chikara (Power of the Gods) is the Kekkei Genkai of the Ōkami clan. This Kekkei Genkai is for taijutsu users, which is why most of the Ōkami clan are masters of close quarter combat. Kirigami no Chikara gives the user the physical and mental abilities of ten men. So when they activate Kirigami no Chikara their mind and bodys become stronger. There are five levels. It is also noted that Kirigami no Chikara gives the user very high stamina and durability no matter what stage they are in.
Level 1: Strength of two men, mental abilities become very analytical, mental abilities stay the same through out every level. (this is where Ryuto is going to start out)
Level 2: Strength of four men.
Level 3: Strength of six men.
Level 4: Strength of eight men.
Level 5: Strength of ten men. (Parallel to Tsunade's strength)

Fighting Style: Endless Barrage: Ryuto attacks his opponent relentlessly with his amazing strength and speed by punching, elbowing, kicking, and dodging if needed. He claims that he doesn't stop until he lands a hit.
Generic Sealing Technique: Rank D: This technique allows Ryuto to seal and unseal objects, weapons, etc.
Kunai/Shuriken Cannon Seal: Rank D: Ryuto uses the seals on each of his hands to shoot (or use if needed) the kunai and shuriken stored there.
Revitalization Seal: Rank C: Ryuto stored chakra into this seal, and places it on his heart. Whenever he is in battle, he can use this seal to unleash a burst of chakra into his body.
Weight Seal: Rank E: Ryuto uses this seal on the weights placed on his arms and legs. Using the seals, each weight holds 1,000 pounds. When he takes off these weights he becomes much faster and stronger (classic Rock Lee).
The Great Shield Seal: Rank: D: Located on his right forearm is a seal. When he activates it, a huge shield attaches itself to Ryuto's arm. He uses this to block any ninjutsu attack that he knows he can't dodge.
I have finished Ryuto's personality and backstory. I am so pumped for this.

I changed his mental abilities. I made the highest strength level comparable to Tsunade's. Keep in mind that everyone else will be able to use ninjutsu, Ryuto won't.

I fixed everything, I confused Ami with Serenity. And when I wrote that she worked with T.K. I was saying that he was outside of the prison. Unless I'm wrong and he is inside the prison also?
I have finally posted, sorry for the wait guys. I was having writer's block for a bit.
