Cool! I replied and I think I'll have Amaterasu come in a little later. She ended up skipping school that day but heard that the cafeteria was serving barnacles so she shows up during the fight between Nori, Cyrus and Pippa.
In the very corner of the cafeteria sat Nori, hunched over with only an apple sitting in front of him on the table. His amber eyes scanned the crowded lunchroom and he gritted his teeth in anger at the happy faces of the Inklings. Of course they're happy. They defeated my leader and destroyed my home. Now I have to come to this dump every day. He thought to himself, snatching the apple and sinking his fangs into the fruit, tearing off a piece. Loudly chewing, his attention was captured by the male Octoling and female Inkling fighting in the center of the cafeteria. Chuckling, he put the apple down and stood up, padding towards the two with a sinister look on his face.
When he approached them, he shoved the younger Inkling away from the Octoling and stood in front of her, "You Inklings can never stop harassing us, huh? You steal our home, kill our friends and then destroy Octo Valley and yet you still aren't done bothering us? You've gotta be kidding me." Nori growled, scooping up the female by the scruff of her shirt and lifting her up off the ground, "How about I teach you a lesson, eh? Maybe then you'll know how we Octolings feel about you squid freaks ruining everything for us." he threatened, curling his other hand into a fist and raising it towards her face.

Yeah, school could work. I forgot to mention that Amaterasu skips school a lot and when she does attend, she sleeps during class lmao. Oh and I made my Octoling older so it's not too awkward for Cyrus to be 17 while everyone else is 14.

Appearance: Amaterasu is a small Inkling with light blue tentacles that look like hair on her head, which also matches the color of her ink. Like every Inkling, she has pointy fangs as well as ears to match and she has emerald green eyes. She usually wears a T-shirt with Judd on it and a pair of bulky yellow shoes.
Biography: Amaterasu was born and raised in Inktopolis by her older brother, Hajime. She was taught how to fight by him and had a pretty happy childhood until her brother left the city to get married when she was ten. After he left, Amaterasu was left alone with no one to play with, so she spent the next four years of her life living by herself until she started hanging out in the city rather than staying at home. There, she became popular amongst the kids hanging out there and no longer felt saddened by Hajime leaving her.
Personality: Amaterasu is a very social and outgoing Inkling who loves to make new friends. She tends to act cool and tough despite being not that strong of a fighter and sometimes she can pick fights just for the fun of it. Not a single hateful bone exists in her body, but instead has a spunky and hip attitude that matches Inktopolis' vibe perfectly.
Abilities: She is able to exert ink from her body and hide in her own ink as well as turn into a squid. Since she has only used brushes and rollers, those are the weapons she is best with.
Weapons and Gear: She uses the Octobrush and the Inkzooka.

Appearance: Nori is an average sized boy for his age with dark orange legs sticking out of his head, which matches the color of his ink. He dotes sharp amber eyes and has two sharp fangs that sometimes stick out from his mouth. Despite not being part of the Octarian army anymore, he still wears the Octoling uniform, which looks like it blends into his brown skin. Like Inklings, he has pointed ears with two small gold earrings hanging from each ear.
Biography: Nori was born and raised by Octarians, so naturally he was a part of their army. Unlike most kids, he didn't have a childhood. He spent almost of his youth training to defeat the Inklings and take over Inktopolis for DJ Octavio. Living in Octo Valley for his entire life only grew his hatred for Inklings, as they were the ones who took over the homeland that the Octarians had first. When he was thirteen, the Octarians decided to head to Inktopolis and steal the Great Zapfish and by then, he was ready to become a soldier. That was his first time leaving Octo Valley and he saw an Inkling for the first time, which only made him angrier. He worked with the other Octolings to destroy the Inklings, but they were undoubtedly defeated each side. When DJ Octavio was defeated and the Octarian army fell, Nori was left without a purpose and thus remained in Inktopolis, as Octo Valley was in too bad of conditions to live in.
Personality: Nori is a very bitter and antagonistic child who grew up around hatred and misery from the other Octarians. He was practically brainwashed to hate Inklings, so he feels that he can never trust one after they stole his home. He has a hard time trusting others, including other Octolings and he doesn't know what it feels like to have friends or loved ones due to being isolated and hateful for his entire life. He doesn't know what it feels like to be a child and instead acts more adult than other Octolings. Despite that, he can lose his temper very quickly and is almost always getting into fights with others.
