Kotoha is a member of the Samarai Sentai who was loyal to her Lord Takeru and aided the fight against the Gedoshu Lord Dokoku. One day she learned her sister was getting worse in her condition. (See her bio) She quickly went back home and did the best she could to help but the condition only worsened. Kotoha did not want to lose her sister so she preyed to whatever deity would listen.

Kotoha s former master had summoned her and her sister but not much is known.

She was answered by Dysley one of Peterson s puppets who claimed he was a god and could help her sister but in exchange she would become his servent...a Lcie. Kotoha contemplated and after a painful decision she accepted even tho her sister tried to stop her. Her sister was saved but she met her fate. She works with the plot with the Gardens as her Master is involved. ..The Falcie Barthandalis.As a lcie she has been granted new powers but has a focus to fulfil. Her loyalty is also part of her code..Her brand is located on her right palm.

She also can play the flute well....something she learned from her sister

Ruby walked over. "Nothing happened. .." She was about to say something when a strong gust of ice like winds flung her back. "Could it be Weiss..coldd..." She backed up huddling in her cloak to keep warm. Elsa backed away as the winds suddenly ceased.

Sylvia was uneasy. "Now I know this isn't Anna..or Weiss...She does not have this cold wind.." The symbol cracked and something began to appear ...
