Paine was surprised to see the Doctor. "President...it would be a honor. Just let me refresh myself..." She got a can of soda and then picked up her weopon sheathing it . She had her garmet Grid with 3 nods filles with a small sphere. After placing it safely away she nodded. "I am prepared." Paine rarely spoke much but she was in the presence of her President.

Shizuru looked at Luthor 's plans. "I believe we should send one of our members who have that kind of power. I could do it myself but I risk getting caught. As for Iris and Hiro they should be easy to deal with if we play our cards right.." She thought. "Iris is psionic correct? We would need someone with knowledge in countering her and her other Collectives. " She knew it would not be easy to outwit a being that could read minds. "As for our plans ...In time Luthor. We will consort with our other members once the Doctor has departed. You may begin on your plans for building our army..." She agreed to his plans.
