The Werewolf is a MiniBoss, don't need to use it for that one. To explain further: Soul Bound - Afflicted player remains at 1% HP indefinitely or until death unless a special item is used to release the bind.

Dear Player,
I've grown bored of the situation, not enough deaths, so let's up the ante, yes? Before a Boss can be destroyed, after dropping its HP to 1%, a single member of the party will need to employ his or her Soul Attack. Continuing to attack the enemy once its HP hits 1% will do nothing unless the Soul Attack is used. Of course, the player that activates his or her Soul Attack will have their own HP, in turn, drop to 1%. No conventional potion, remedy or anything you can do will restore it, you will be Soul Bound. Of course, your master is kind and will provide with a special item that will cure this special status...good luck finding these.
