((I'm really sorry I really want to do this but my exams mean I'm like revising all the time :'( the week after next though they're over so I'll be able to be on like all the time))

"I would've guessed you were an angel" he said staring into her eyes through his mask. "But Lucifer... I'm sure you'd never do anything like that" he said resting his head upon her shoulder again.

Rorschach sat down with Maia as she ate her lunch and scooted next to her as close as he could. He put his head on her shoulder as she ate and closed his eyes. Once again he felt relaxed. Almost as if Maia was the sun itself on a beautiful summers day he opened his eyes to glance at her momentarily, still wondering how such a beautiful being came to be. At this he reminded himself of something. "Maia" he asked with his eyes still closed "are you human or something else?".

Rorschach tiptoed close behind Maia, watching said person transform into a weird kind of leopard man. He tiptoed around him and into the school, following Maia. Before they got into the view of people Rorschach put his mask back on. When they finally got into the school through the doors Rorschach took Maia's hand.

Rorschach felt his heart go funny as he smiled uncontrollably, wrapping his arms around her. He felt emotional for some reason and a tear rolled down his cheek. A tear of happiness. He nuzzled into her shoulder, not wanting to let go.

Rorschach's smile widened. Suddenly his heart stopped though, his mask was off. She could see him. His scruffy blonde hair, blue eyes and now slightly bewildered expression. "I... d... um" he could hardly talk as his face went red, with Maias arms around him.

Rorschach decided to head back, it was most likely getting near the end of lunch. He headed in what he remembered as being the right direction. He walked for a minute but as he did so heard a sound. He walked over to it carefully, wondering what made it. He was amazed to find out it was Maia he stood up straight and looked at her, smiling.

Rorschach was a little bored so decided he would try something with stevie. "Can I... Throw you up and catch you?" he said as if he could understand him. Stevie merely looked blankly up at Rorschach and once again licked his own eyeball. Rorschach took this as a yes and gently threw Stevie a few inches in the air. He seemed to like it so Rorschach did it a few more times.

Rorschach laid back on the soft grass. Stevie, for that was what he had only just thought of to call the gecko, walked across his face. Rorschach smiled and squinted as he did. Stevie walked over to his chest and stood there staring at him, his head slightly tilted. Rorschach slowly put his hand out and started stroking Stevie's head with one finger. Stevie seemed to like it. He stuck out his tongue and licked his own eyeball. Rorschach took this as a sign of happiness and chuckled to himself.

Rorschach ruffled his hair with his hand. It felt nice to not have his mask on for a while. He enjoyed the slightly cold breeze on his face and smiled. He noticed something scurrying towards him in the grass and raised an eyebrow, holding his knife, wary of what it was. It turned out to be a small lizard or gecko, orange and black. He tilted his head muttering quietly "Hmm..". The gecko strangely tilted its own head and stared at him. Rorschach's face turned into a wide grin. He held his hand out to the gecko slowly, it paused for a moment before jumping up on his hand and then, with Rorschach not expecting it, jumped on his shoulder. He smiled at the gecko and it seemed to stick its tongue out in acknowledgement. Him and his new little friend sat out in the sun for a while, contemplating everything and nothing.
