Current Currently buried in a number of things which I hope will benefit the Guild.

In some ways, the guildfall was a blessing. It makes it harder for my original 2009 RPing to be found...

I've finally returned to the Guild. Many months of much RPing ahead.

A thousand things to be done; plenty motivation.

Bio

Aeronautical Engineer
Irish
TV and Film addict

Been here on the guild since April '08, seen a lot of change but still love it. I've been on and off, I've GM'd fantastic projects and train-wrecks, it all comes with the territory. I once tried to make a YouTube ad for the guild because I'm slightly insane. In a weird place with the Guild right now, seems like so many names I knew are gone, but more than happy and ready to meet new people. Been writing casually for over a decade, a lot of that practice has been here. I have some small short sci-fi stories printed in anthologies but those are so heavily edited they don't even feel like mine any more.

When not on the Guild I'm most likely working, playing FFXIV or the Souls series or (insert recent must play video game).
Anyone with a passing interest in sci fi needs to read Saga by Brian K Vaughan.

8/10 same IMO as the show, netflix has been great for original content

The 14th of February cannot arrive soon enough!

8/10 Great movie, my sisters loved it when I made them watch it.

AND THIS GUY DESERVES TWO

Well welcome! We're currently going through a rebuilding of the guild so we don't have all the features that we normally do but it shouldn't be long :D
If you have any question, don't hesitate to PM, I'd be more than happy to answer.
Have fun RPing :)

Georgetown losing at basketball (they're our rivals, so their anguish is like vitamins)8/10 for house of cred

Nice. I play for my university as a side note.

9/10 for stormtroopers.
It's very post-modern.

Yes I did just use the phrase post-modern in a serious context.
Well I mean, I game on pc so a TB is only about maybe 70 games, I own 300 on steam and have about another 200 on discs so like, yeah that storage is my game collection.
That and a few hundred movies and every episode of about forty different tv shows and what not. I mean I don't use the full 100TB but it's nice to have that much, even though a lot of it is shaky old internal HDDs. Must have built and destroyed a dozen set ups by now
It's only a matter of time before Petabytes become standard.

Tin whistle was the fist thing I played actually. I'd love to try but in between coursework for uni, training for basketball, gaming, writing and reading, and debating I have just about enough time to sleep
Archie is hilarious. But you all already knew that.
I recommend a seagate drive with 3.0 usb if you have it. I own over 100 TB of personal storage between drives and clouds and seagate's products have always been great for the money imho.

I wish I had musical talent, I can sing a little, and tried guitar once, but I'm just not inclined that way. Consider yourself lucky :)
If you didn't rant then you wouldn't be fun to talk, I've always found that when people don't talk much it is because they have nothing interesting to say.

Ah, yes, I did read up on what happened.Well, I never really liked vBulletin in the first place, although the loss of data is pretty traumatic, to say the least. Thanks for the welcome. (:

Yeah I was like </3 when I realised what I lost. Yeah with his own source code mahz should be able to implement things we couldn't do with vBulletin.
