Araile smiled at Darrken and his oath to her, it meant the world to her that he would take what she had just told him in stride like he had, she was tired, her body was worn to the bone. It had been a long while since she was able to sleep in a bed, and Darrken made it very comfortable. She felt at ease, she didn't know what had drawn them to each other, but what ever it was had bound them. She was hopelessly lost in him, and she would also go to the ends of the earth for his protection. "Goodnight Darrken..." She yawned and laid her head down, facing his back she closed her eyes. It didn't take long for the sandman to come and take hold of her, she just hoped her dreams would stay away.
She was running, running so fast her lungs were going to expode...she had ditched her dragon form and returned to her human form in hopes of out running the evil wizard that had been on her trail since he spied her from his cave. She tripped on a tree branch and a vine seemed to slither out of no where, trying to grab her ankle. She kicked at it scrambling to her feet, she got up and ran again. She reached the edge of the island of Temult a lot quicker than she had feared, she could hear the cracking of branches behind her. She whirled around and faced the evil wizard as he came out of the forest behind her. "No more running there little girl, it will only hurt a lot." He sent a powerful spell at her chest one she managed to deflect but it sizzled on her skin, when she looked down at her chest she was bleeding out of an X mark above her boob. Her hand flew to the stinging wound and she called forth her form, hoping into the air, she didn't stop flying till the island was out of sight and she no longer could hear the wizard screaming his vow to kill her one day...
