I am interested, i can play it both ways if thats ok, have two characters but thats kinda doppleganger i know, i promise not to give anything away
I was thinking of doing the same thing, kinda. I am planning a group sent to the holy lands, knights. Given a land about 3-5 thousand acres to command, to defend, to maintain and to manage. They live there and participate in skirmishes with raiders, renegade knights and muslims when the king or marshall or bishop commands it. I hope to introduce macro and micro management of the settlement that will hopefully grow into a small town itself and introduce politics and intrigue on the court
A image teaser for Macaroths Sons

Macaroth stood outside the chapel and cringed as he felt a shock of magical energy enter this world, and then another and then it left almost as abruptly. What was that? He thought to himself, this world seems to be a beacon for trouble it would seem, that made a dent in his plans somewhat but on the other hand his performance will be that much more enhanced when he saves the humans from their nightmares only to impose his own will in their blind spots.

He walked over to the now working forges and inspected the swords being made, they were not as handsomely crafted as his own blade but that didn't matter, they were fine strong steel and they would be the instrument of his enemies demise. The swords were made to be wielded both one handed and two handed with two sharp edges and a keen point. His sons were armed now, though only wearing rough clothes as of yet the swords were their only means of defense other than their ability to fly.

Once they were armed Macaroth had his sons fly up and start patroling the woods, all this activity has made him wary. He is not yet at his full strength, he needs many more followers for that to be the case.

The brigand followers came to him gravely concerned about the changing in the sun, their leader Sabel, a woman warrior came up to her patron with a worried but still stern expression "what is the meaning of this Lord? Is this your doing?" Macaroth gazed up at the foreboding sun and sighed "It is not of my doing my children, but it is a sign that great changes are looming over us. These will be times that will test our strength and our resolve but we will stand strong and survive" The woman smiled and saluted her in some pagan abstract symbolism and returned the people to work bolstered by his words. He gazed up at the sun and gripped his blade tightly, he really didn't know what to expect but he had a feeling it is hardly anything good.
hey guys sorry ive been disconnected due to lack of bills payments..hope i can still get back into this
i wanna be white or silverish and yeah thanks for the updates guys i feel safer knowing i picked a place far away from any enemies he he
i thought that Macaroth has more sensitivity since he isnt spending his magic on his minions and his dungeon as much as the others are, he is the sort of keeper that doesent water down his powers unless necessary you know. at his prime he will be a very powerful combatant and not one to cross at all, especially with a legion of winged badasses supporting him

by the way i was going to ask about distances because im not sure..how distant is every keeper from me? im not too good with the map
Richter flew through the air on his magnificent wings, a big smile on his face at his new freedom and energy that he felt coursing through him. His wings moved elegantly keeping him afloat his chest muscles tightening and relaxing along with his back ones to make the movements needed for flight. He was as of yet unarmed but no less dangerous for he felt that he could lift a man with ease into the air and then throw him to his death.

He focused once again on the task at hand, finding a source of metals for his saint, so he soared above the forest seeking out hills and caves for any sign of mining activity when he spotted a small village on the edge of the forest and the edge of the mountains. He flew closer to the village and circled around it for a while observing the activity, it had a small population but it looked like a mining town as a road led into the mountain with a large amount of tow animals resting nearby. He forewent the village and followed the road up into the mountain and found several shafts in a dug out quarry in the side of one of the mountains, a large number of people were at work there which explained the sparse population of the village.

Happy with what he discovered he turned and started on his journey back to his Father with the news of his discovery flying as fast as his quicksilver wings would carry him.
he he very nice then by all means do as you wish
fair enough, but coal dust doesent work for guns, im sure they tried, not explosive enough.
