Current Sleep? No, I don't need to sleep.

Bio

You want to know about me, huh? Well, I am a type 0 super luminous star as classified by the Yerkes Spectral classification system. Now, I know it seems impossible that a star can type on a computer but I don't care about that. I've been roleplaying for roughly four years now. I tend to stick to my fantasy, sci-fi, and anime roleplays but have been known to go beyond that. I am comfortable playing both male and female roles. I have no posting schedule but do tend to be more active in the afternoon and on weekdays. I live in Central Time Zone (UTC-06:00) for those who are wondering.

Name: Malicham

Species:Djinn(Also known as a Jinn)

Appearance:

Age:679

Gear:

Malicham's bow is like an extension of his self. He is never without the bow and will never let anyone else touch the bow.

Malicham's swords are used only when Malicham can't use his bow. He often wears the clothes in his human form but will take off his jacket to fight.

Powers: Minor elemental control and illusions are the powers Malicham uses. He can produce flames onto his weapons. He is incapable of controlling the flames and can only summon them onto items he is touching. His illusions are far more elaborate than a typical illusion. He can change the surrondings to be completely dark with an illusion or make a person look as if they are on fire. The illusions are only capable of influincing the sight of a person and in some cases what a person hears but can't influence touch or smell.

Other: Vanilla fudge swirl is my favorite ice cream. It is amazing.
I truly hope it doesn't but several people such as Crimson, Torack, and Emma haven't even posted yet. I've sent them a pm but only Emma responded that she was making a post and that was a bit over a week ago.
I normally don't get involved in stuff anymore but I might as well do this one while I have the free time.
Well I am interested.
People say that those who are in comas can hear and understand what is happening around them. Other believe that people who are in a coma are essentially brain dead and thus should be put out of their misery like a rabid dog. You never really thought much on the subject of comas other than what you had been told to believer. But it is very different to be in a coma than many people think, it is like reliving every moment of your life all over again. Those who get past this portion will face two paths; being stuck or awakening. Those who awaken will forget everything that experienced during their coma. Those who are stuck face the second level of their coma, their deepest fears.

You are one of the many who fail to awaken. You've failed from defeating your fears and now you meet the Fade. A place so terrible that it supposedly devours the soul. But, that was just speculation. As you will realize, it will be the third and final chance for you to wake up. You will face monsters so great and powerful that they could be considered Eldritch horrors. But rember, this is your last chance. If you die, you are lost completely. Now wake to the Fade young one and face the challenges ahead of you.

Well, I created this rp because I've always wanted to do one based on the characters being in a coma. At first, I thought it would form to be a sort of psychological roleplay where you go through denial that you are truly are and must push your way through obstacles to try and prove that you aren't in a coma. After that you would wake up and face the real world and end rp. But I found that too boring. I wondered what would happen should you fail to defeat the obstacles set before you and wake up. So basically, your character has successfully made it past their memories(which is pretty simple anyway) but failed to defeat their fears. This of course sent them to the Fade. I will go into the Fade more in the opening post should this survive but let me move on.

The characters will awaken in the Fade and go on an rather lengthy adventure to awaken. The characters will be reminded constantly that should they die... well you get it. I am planning on having some stats and a level system to determine how well you will do in a battle. Then comes the main question: if this is mind then can't I be whatever I want to be? My answer: to and extent. I will allow you more power over the world as you advance through it but nothing major like matter manipulation. Anyway, I will have the rest of the details fully ironed out if this survives to the OOC stage.

Edit: Here is a picture to tantalize your tastes
Hmm, I am thinking of being a female smuggler or lady of the night. Or perhaps, a male slave who has escaped and opened a bar/tavern in Tortuga.
I truly don't know where everyone is but I am going to have to send out a message to those who have not yet posted their first IC post. I kind of need some of them to post so we can move on.
"Well, I suggest you start in the first tier of the city. That is where we arrived remember? But it is more likely that she was from the third tier. It might be best to start the search at night. That should be when the working ladies come out. Ask around about her. Somebody would have to know her and especially look for those who look nervous." Sylian told to Bale. He never had much experience with these 'working' ladies but he knew of more than a few council members in Avirth and Garthet who occasionally liked to visit these women. Sylian trusted Bale to complete the mission without much trouble. Even if Bale found nothing tonight, it would be several more months before they passed over Avirth and Garthet again.
Sylian was quiet for a few minutes to consider what Bale had said. Should it found out that they were investigating, Avirth would at war with Folgoth. That was a war that Avirth could not win which would lead to the downfall of Garthet. But, if the Prince was truly responsible for this it could lead to quite the advantage for Avirth against them. "I am sure about this my companion. We both know that the Prince will pay of the investigators and they won't truly look for any evidence. Should we find evidence that he did this, it would prove quite the bit of leverage against Folgoth. The King would not be happy to hear that his son is slowly degrading the trade he has set up with his string of violence." Sylian said to Bale. The truth was that the King would love to hear that his son kills people but hate that he would ruin trade between the other countries and especially Nesia.
Alright, due to the lack of activity from Torack. I am going to have to declare him inactive until I get a response from him in our convo. I shall control Bran until he is active.
