Current Sleep? No, I don't need to sleep.

Bio

You want to know about me, huh? Well, I am a type 0 super luminous star as classified by the Yerkes Spectral classification system. Now, I know it seems impossible that a star can type on a computer but I don't care about that. I've been roleplaying for roughly four years now. I tend to stick to my fantasy, sci-fi, and anime roleplays but have been known to go beyond that. I am comfortable playing both male and female roles. I have no posting schedule but do tend to be more active in the afternoon and on weekdays. I live in Central Time Zone (UTC-06:00) for those who are wondering.

Maria inhaled lightly as the wind blew past her. It carried with it the smell of smoke, rum, and sweat. She loved the smell of the smoke and rum but oh so hated how Tortuga always smelled of sweat. Marias took a rag out of her belt and put it up to her nose. It smelled of her perfume and had a slight smell of rum which made Maria wish for the Phoenix to dock faster. "Hey! I want this boat docked and unloaded in twenty minutes. If you are even a minute over, it is going to be docked from your pay. Now get moving!" Maria yelled at her crew. The crew instantly rushed to haul up fifteen crates of rum as they ship was docked. Maria watched the crew for a few minutes before leaving to find a bar and start drinking. Maria walked through the streets and glared at a few mien who started walking towards her as if she was a prostitute. Several of them persisted and followed her into an inn.

The men sat themselves around her in a half circle with their breaths smelling heavy of rum. "How's it goin' baby? Ya wanna have some fun?" One of the men slurred out. The bar keep, looked at the men and back at Maria without taking an eye off a group of six men that walked in. The six men were from Maria's crew and noted the group of men around her. Maria took her hand to her belt and grabbed her double barrel pistol. As soon as she raised it to bash the man in the face, he grabbed her hand. "A fighter aye, I do lover me a fighter" The man said as he licked Maria's hand. The man then got hit it the head with the hilt of a rapier that one of Maria's crew had. "Hands of our boss ya drunkard. If you knew who ye were dealing with you would have ran. Now get running" yelled the Crew member as he slashed the man's free hand. The men who had gathered around Maria dispersed quickly, except of the man who had been knocked out.

"Thanks for the help but what do you think you are doing off the boat? If you aren't done unloading I am going to kill you." Maria said to the crew members that had gathered around her. The crew members talked over each other as they tried to come up with an answer. After a few minutes, one of them smacked the others and cleared his throat. "We came to tell you that there is word going about that there is supposedly a man looking to hire pirates and the such." said the big crew member who had smacked the others. Maria looked away as she drank from her glass of rum before answering. "Well, then we shouldn't have problems. We are just business people and I doubt he has much need for smugglers. Now get back to work you buffoons!" Maria yelled at them. They were idiots to go about telling her rumors that didn't really matter to people in her business.
Mathais looked at the Warden as he walked out of the Inn and quickly looked at the elf who had addressed him. "I don't know about you but I am going with him. Do what you like but I am not going to stop working on this job" Mathias said after walking away from the elf and out the door. He quickly scanned the crowds for the Grey Warden. It took Mathias a few minutes to find the Grey Warden but as soon as he did, he ran to the Grey Warden. "I am going to help you search for the wife of the missing man. I doubt she will be staying somewhere expensive if anywhere at all. It might be best to ask if other refugees know of her." Mathais said as soon as he caught up to the Grey Warden. He doubted that it would be easy to find the woman but they needed to know where they could find the missing man.

Mathias could feel the tension between the refugees and the local Orlesians. Many of the refugees came from Fereldan and hated that they were forced from their homelands into the country which had occupied Fereldan for several years. Mathias understood their hatred for the Orlesians but he wished they would put aside the hatred for the more important matters, like the Blight. While several cities fell to the Blight, refugees would fight with locals over things that happened in the past. Few people ever tried to fight back against the Blight and those who did rarely ever came back. Mathias was hit with a flood of memories as he recalled a story told to him be a refugee. The story was of a horrifying encounter with Darkspawn on the way out of Fereldan, of how they killed without mercy. Mathias swore since then to kill any Darkspawn he ever sees and do help people who have been running from the Blight.
I'm going to wait a for the rest of the party y'all were having to respond before posting again.
I posted my CS in the Character Sheet list. It should be the only one on page 4.

Character name: Mathias Von Curath

Class: Spirit Warrior

Skills and talents: Dual Weapon Finesse, Dual Weapon Sweep, Beyond the Veil, Twin Strikes.

Items: A steel Longsword and iron daggar. Mathias wears a grey iron chestplate, leather gloves, and iron boots. He carries with him a injury kit and three lesser health poultices.

Bio: Mathias was raised and born in Highever. He came from a noble family which had risen to its high status mostly due to the bustling trade buisness that his family ran. Mathias was the only male out of his six siblings was suppose to succed his father in the buisness. His twin sister, Marianne, was found to have magical skills around the age of seven. Not long after, a Chantry offical came to Highever and took Marianne off the to the Circle. Mathias's parents were torn by losing their youngest girl and often took it out on Mathias. Around the age of ten, Mathias was brought in to the family buisness by having him count the money.

Mathias had other aspirations than to be the owner of the family buisness. He wanted to travel across Thedas and see all there was to see. The only people who knew the truth about what Mathias wanted to do was his oldest sister Gwyneth. When Mathias turned eighteen, he told Gwyneth that he was going to leave and go to the Free Marches. Later that day, his parents confronted him and told him a would not be leaving to the Free Marches. Out of anger, Mathias ran away by taking a job as guard for a boat to the Free Marches. He arrived in Kirkwall with no money or suppplies and with few skills he could use to gain money.

Mathias turned to doing mercenary work for money. With each job, Mathias got better with his weapons until he realized that he prefered to just use two weapons. Mathias saved up money to buy supplies and weapons so that he could quit his mercenary work. When he turned twenty five, Mathias heard the rumors about the Fifth Blight in Fereldan. Work started to dry up not too long after as people stopped worrying about bandits and started worrying about Darkspawn. When Fereldan fell, Mathias went to work looking for any word about his family. Eventually, Mathias heard that his family had been killed trying to leave Highever by bandits. No word arrived of his sister Marianne. Not too long after, Mathias left Kirkwall to go to Orlais in hopes of finding his sister Marianne and helping in destroying the Darkspawn threat.
"Well, I am not about to split with my human form anytime soon. I've grown so use to it plus I can fit into buildings better. They just don't build them quite as big as they use to ya know?" Malicham said with a smile. In truth, his human form was as much a part of him as was his demonic state. With a wave of his hand, Malicham released the illusions covering his weapons. As the illusions wavered away, it revealed the large bow on Malicham's back and two small swords at his hips. "Who wants to play some darts? I am not sure if everyone here knows the rules behind it but it would quite the learning experience." Malicham said as he pulled a dart of the board. With a flick of his wrist, the dart flew and landed straight in a bullseye. Malicham casually glanced at the cooked demon and looked away again. He wasn't one for eating demons, he preferred to eat human food from time to time.
Mathias walked through crowds of beggars and refugees, both of which gave him pleas for money. Though he looked nothing like a noble, or a man with any money really, he still walked like one. They way Mathias talked to people showed of how he was raised or more so molded into an heir for a business he wanted no part in. The only reason Mathias had come to Val Royeaux was in search for his sister. If there was any place to find a surviving Circle mage it would be in White Spire. Yet, few people are ever let into Spire who aren't specifically authorized. Mathias would have to make a name for himself and the best way to do that was to do work for the refugees.

The Chanter's board had dozens if not hundreds of letters pinned on to it. Many of them requesting an adventurer to kill some bandits to get their stolen items back or helping find their lost relative. There was one which stood about above the others, `Help find my missing husband". It had a very small payment but Mathias was happy to have something to start with. It said that the woman who posted it would be at an Inn not far from the Board. When Mathias arrived at the Inn, he could tell that a small group had already grouped around the woman offering the job. Mathias walked over as a big man pushed passed him and said something about the Chanter's Board. "Well, if that is the case then you guys aren't going to rescue this guy alone. I am coming with whether you like it or not." Mathias said as he leaned against a pillar behind the group that had gathered.
You can send it to me if you wish.
