Anthem(Cyberpunk/Sci-fi)

"The train has now arrived at Red Line Station 5." said the electronic voice. It said the same thing every day to those arriving at Station 5 but something was different this day. The moment that passenger started to disembark, a massive explosion shook the Station causing it to flood. The bulkheads began closing as soon as the leak was detected. Few people survived this event but those who remember the explosion will be scarred for the rest of their lives.
*The widescreen T.V. flickers off.*
"This is the second time this month that the Stations have been hit by some explosion. Some say that this was just some crazy freak accident where a part wasn't working correctly. They are wrong!"
The man who was speaking stood at the head of table with five other men and three women. As the man finished speaking, he slammed his fist into the oak table. His security card read that he was Vincent Hightower of Hightower Robotics.
"Don't you fools understand?! This is not an accident, it is a terrorist attack! We have to nip this threat in the bud before they hit major Stations like Yellow Line Station 8 or worse, the Hub." As the man finished his statement, a audible click came from the door as it opened to reveal a older woman. Her security card read that she was Rio de Gras, Mayor of Anthem.
"You are just worried, Vincent, that these terrorists might just hit the Stations which transports your company's products. Should that happen you would lose not only profit but also have delays in the transportation of your products. It could also lead to quite the distrust for your Robotics if terrorists are starting to target your rail lines."
Madame Mayor answered to Vincent who, with a furious look on his face, sat back down in his seat. Hightower Robotics was the leading producer of artifical body parts and repair bots.
"We are sending in a special team of people to get to the bottom of these attacks so there is no need to worry. I am sure our team will be able to takedown the terrorist group before any major damage is done."
With the final statement from Madame Mayor, everyone stood up from their seats at the table and started to leave. The room was eriely silent with everyone gone. Madame Mayor, the only remaining person in the room, pulled out seven files from her purse. They were the files of those selected to infiltrate the terrorists group.

Welcome one and all to the city of Anthem. It is a sci-fi/cyberpunk city that is completely underwater. Yep, it is every land dweller's worst nightmare! In this city, people will have one, if not more, robotic body parts. Yet, there are those who don't want the robotic parts. It started out as protesting places like Hightower Robotics and Bour Robotics Research Labs. After a few months, the protesting died down and it was believed that the protesters had died down. They were wrong. Green Line Station 2 was flooded by an explosion caused by a part malfunction. Luckily, Green Line Station 2 was transporting building materials that week. Now with Red Line Station 5 being hit by a similar explosion which led the the above conversation. You will play as either a member of the team selected to infiltrate the terrorists, a citizen who is a member of the terrorists, or a citizen with no ties to the terrorists.

Anthem

The city of Anthem is found twenty five miles underwater on a planet known as Viora Minor. Now your main question would be, how can Anthem hold against that water pressure? Anthem is designed so that the water pressure is all applied on an outer shell of metal. Every building in Anthem has two parts, the outer shell and inner shell. The outer shell is made from titanium and the newly discovered metal, Vordium. The alloy of Titanium and Vordium can take the pressure which would crush the inner shell and instead redirects the pressure into triangular struts. The inner shell of the buildings of Anthem consists of steel and LCDs so as to emulate life on dry land.

Once again you would ask, how does it stay heated and powered? Geo-thermal energy. Anthem is sitting at the lowest point on Viora Minor and is prime position to harvest the Geo-thermal energy and use it as their primary power. The bowels of Anthem are notoriously warm and is generally where those who have poor paying jobs or who work on the Geo-thermal engines live. Red Line Station 27 is the only Station known to take you to the bowels. Green Line Stations are known mostly for transporting building supplies while the Yellow Line Station is used for transporting trade materials. Red Line Stations are used to transport people throughout Anthem while the Blue Line Stations exist to take citizens of Anthem above water to the floating cities of Arbor and Polarti.

The terrorists

Little is known about the terrorist but it is believed that they are all are against the use of robotic body parts. Their attack on Green Line Station 2 was believed to cripple the building of another factory that would produce more products for Hightower Robotics. The following attack on Red Line Station 5 crippled the work force of Bour Robotics Research Labs.

Important people

Rio de Gras- Madame de Gras is the Mayor of Anthem who personally picked out all of the operatives assigned to infiltrate the terrorist responsible for the attack on Red Line Station 5. She is an older woman of sixty-five with a robotic left arm and leg. Her hair is a salt and pepper color and always kept up in a simple bun. Her tanned skin tells of the years she spent above water. Madame de Gras was once married to Vincent Hightower's father, Marcus Hightower, and still holds some resentment towards Vincent and his father. Madame de Gras is not a nice woman but very practical and cold hearted.

Vincent Hightower- Vincent Hightower is the current owner of Hightower robotics. He is a young man of twenty-eight with pale skin and brown hair. His cold nature is countered only by his love for robotics. Vincent himself has robotic arms and legs with bionic eyes that change from blue to the occasional gold. All his robotic and bionic parts enhance his physical capabilities and make him quite the formidable man. Vincent Hightower helped cause the divorce between Marcus Hightower and Rio de Gras.

Rules:
1. No cookie cutter characters. Try to be original when you design a character.
2. There will be several violent scenes throughout this but sexual scenes are to be pm only.
3. Follow site rules.
4. Romance, it is likely to happen sooner or later and it is entirely possible and allowed.
5. Events will happen every now and again and they will be under my control but your input will be considered.
6. Your characters will get hurt and it is more than likely you will end up in a hospital every now and again.

Pretty sweet! And this list (both DS's and Wormgod's) really helps out a lot with me being in check with all the legendaries. I'm seriously out of date with the franchise, since I've stopped playing the games.Gotta brush up them skills.

The last time I had actually played the pokemon games myself was Pokémon Crystal. I've stopped watching the anime when they moved to Unova but I still try to keep up with basic Pokémon knowledge.

Yep, if I remember correctly, Mew happens to have the DNA of all Pokémon. With the exception of Arceus being the creator of Mew and the Pokémon world.

So let me organize this into a list for what pokemon does what.
Mew- Essentially Adam and Eve of Pokémon
Celebi- Causes forests to grow quicker/heal.
Groudon- Controls hot weather
Kyogre- Controls wet weather
Rayquaza-Controls the atmosphere
Azelf- The spirit of willpower, embodies the willpower of people and pokemon
Mespirit-The spirit of emotions, embodies the emotions of people and pokemon
Uxie-The spirit of knowledge, embodies all that is known about people and pokemon
Dialga-The pokemon of time
Palkia- The pokemon of space
Giratina- The pokemon which balances out Dialga and Palkia
Cresselia-The embodiment of the moon.
Darkrai- The embodiment of nightmares
Heatran- Basically the pokemon of volcanos
Xeneras- The embodiment of life, can create forests when it dies
Yveltal- The embodiment of destruction, kills everything around it when it dies
Zygarde-Balances out Xeneras and Yveltal.
This is just the way I see these pokemon and what I believe they do.

Yep, it is also a part of Digimon and for God sake I wish Mega-evolutions never existed.

I also admit that mega evolutions are just a way to draw in new people and many of the mega evolutions are just stupid. Blastoise mega evolution adds a third cannon to it. But, this is some concept art I found while looking for mega evolutions. These mega evolutions would be great to actually have.
